february 27th our tenth month together. valentine's day came and it fell during the week but that didn't stop you from surprising me. you walked into school with a bright pink bag that was half the size of me. i sat at lunch opening each gift inside. another ring was gifted to me, it was a good band that had hearts engraved into it. you called it an infinity ring because the hearts were never ending just like the love you had for me was. i hoped that was true and that you'd love me forever.
