The next morning.

They are currently cleaning the yard of the retreat house, it's their morning task.

Jungkook is sweeping the dried leaves while Yoongi is holding the trash bag while Taehyung and Yugyeom are plucking wild grass.

While they are busy cleaning, Taehyung keep glancing at Jungkook's direction, when Jungkook turn his head their eyes met again..

"Hmp!" Taehyung release a sound and look away, like a kid with an enemy.

Jungkook just sigh "Childish" he mumbled.

They don't realize that Yoongi and Yugyeom are watching the both of them.

"What's wrong? You two fought?" Yoongi asked looking at Taehyung and Jungkook.

"NO!" they both exclaimed at the same time.

"Fighting? You two looks like boyfriends" Yugyeom said and giggle.

"Who would date that?!" they both said again looking at each other.

"I can't tell if you two are getting along or not" Yoongi said and laugh, same with Yugyeom who's giggling.

Taehyung just hmp and pout while Jungkook just sigh, why does he like to pout everytime?

They are almost done cleaning, Taehyung is now on his way to the compost pit to throw the trash bags.

"That Kookie!" Taehyung said and harshly throw the trash.

How does he manage to make Taehyung so angry?

"You're still clinging to the past, you're pathetic"

Taehyung sigh, maybe he's angry because Jungkook is right, he's still clinging to the past.

He wants to know the new Jungkook right? So he needs to move on. Taehyung sigh again.

'Okay! I'll make up with Jungkook first' Taehyung thought and nod cheering himself.

He start to run into the woods, their retreat house is near the forest so there's so many trees and all, and he last saw Jungkook there inside the woods.

"Oh! There he is" Taehyung mumbled, but to his shock Jungkook is talking with a girl, so he panic and quickly find something to hide.

He hides and start to peek at where Jungkook and the girl is talking, it seems like the girl is so shy she keep on fidgeting her shirt.

'Is that a love confession?' Taehyung thought.

He's so focused on the two that he didn't even realize that he's hiding behind a two guys in the first place.

"Uhm.." the guy said that caught the attention of Taehyung.

Taehyung look up and see the two guys staring at him, he quickly step back and start to panic again.

"S-s-sorry" Taehyung stutter.

"You're an omega?" the guy asked.

"Yeah he is" the other guy answered.

"Uh.." Taehyung don't know what to do, based on their scent they are both beta.

"Hey, are you going to confess to me?" the guy asked moving closer to Taehyung.

"No, you're going to confess to me right?" the other guy asked too, and move closer.

"Idiot! That ain't you!" the other guy said to his co-beta.

"It ain't you either" the other guy said.

The two beta keep arguing while Taehyung is in the middle don't know what to do.

"Uh.. actually.." Taehyung can't finish his sentence when he feel a hand on his arm.

"I'm sorry, but he's my boyfriend" Jungkook said looking at the two betas.

"Uh..we weren't after him or anything" the other beta said.

"Is that so? okay then" Jungkook only said and start to drag Taehyung away.

They keep walking through the woods, Jungkook holding Taehyung's hand.

"What are you doing back there dummy?" Jungkook asked.

"I was just... wandering around.." Taehyung said.

Jungkook didn't answer but he's still holding Taehyung's hand, and Taehyung keep glancing at him.

"By the way, how long are you gonna hold my hand?" Taehyung suddenly asked.

"A little longer, try to bear with it" Jungkook only said.

"I...don't mind, actually..." Taehyung said his voice so little.

"I just thought if anyone saw you, it might make trouble for you..." Taehyung said roaming his eyes.

"Because...if your girlfriend...or something...saw it.." Taehyung keep talking while Jungkook turn his head to look at Taehyung who's looking down.

"She might get the wrong idea or something.." Taehyung said more like a whisper.

Jungkook just sigh and turn his head back to the way.

"It's fine. I'm not dating anyone" Jungkook said.

That cause Taehyung to look up to Jungkook with a faint blush on his cheeks.

"Oh..I see..hmm..that fine then..I guess.." Taehyung said roaming his eyes again with a blush visible on his cheeks.

'I see...I feel relieved somehow' Taehyung thought.

'Huh?! That doesn't mean I love this new Jungkook, though..' Taehyung thought and look at Jungkook.

After walking for a while, they arrive at their retreat house, after taking lunch they proceed to pack important things they need for the next activity.

It's afternoon.

"ORIENTEERING!" Taehyung excitedly exclaimed.
