Currently, sitting on their chairs at the APE headquarters, Papa and the other high ranking members of APE are having a discussion.

Marmoset: It seems like the doctor have successfully secured a sample of the klaxosaur princess. He is currently requesting for test subjects, specifically the nines

Tarsier: Has he gone mad?! What if something were to go wrong? We would lose our most valuable assets!

Papa: I will allow it. He must have a reason to make such a request. We will see if he will deliver what was promised

Somewhere, at an undisclosed location. Dr. Franxx is sitting in his office with a missing arm as he got a message on his computer, that his requests has been approved. He then presses a button on his desk. A beeping sound was heard and he began to speak up.

Dr. Franxx: Have the nines transferred to the lab immediately for testing

A male voice is heard through the device.

???: Understood

Another beeping sound was heard and the doctor leans back on his chair.

Dr. Franxx: Finally, I can proceed with my experiments

He then types something on his keyboard and his monitors displays a list of codenames.

Dr Franxx: *chuckles* They will be perfect

Currently, a group of people in white uniforms are inside a transport ship. One of them, a black haired boy seem to be in deep thoughts with his eyes closed until he was startled by a female voice calling him

??? 1: Alpha, Alpha... Hey Alpha!

He then opened his eyes and looked towards where the voice came from.

???: You okay?

Alpha: I'm fine Delta

Delta: You sure? You seem to be distracted

???: Yeah dude, you've never been like this before

Delta: See? Beta thinks so too

Alpha: It's nothing, I just... Have a feeling something bad is gonna happen
