I sat on my bed confused, and hurt, Milo is sitting in front of me, "you ok?" He asks, I quickly wipe my tear and look up at him, "I'm fine" I said getting up, "you just met your mom Rain-" "she's not my mom" I said, "Rain-" "I won't believe it until a blood test is done" I said, "than let's go ask Lynn" he said, I nod, we go down stairs and see Lynn and Gia whispering, Gia stands up looking at me, "Rain-" "I want a blood test to prove it" I say crossing my arms, Gia looks at Lynn, Lynn nods, "ok" Gia says, "and until the tests come back I don't want to see you or talk to you, maybe even after" I say, "Rain" Milo said "no it's not fair to me that this bomb gets dropped on me after 15 years of not seeing her" I say, everyone goes silent. We took the test about 2 weeks ago and it finally came in, we were all sitting at the table, me on one side, Lynn on one and Gia across from me, Lynn opens the envelope, she looks at me and than at Gia, "she's your mom Rain" Lynn said, my eyes water so does Gia, I put my head down, "Why did you leave?" I said quietly, "what?" Gia said, I stand up angrily making the chair fall, "why did you leave me?!" I yell at her, she looks down ashamed, "your dad told me to choose between him or you" she said, "and you chose him" I said calmly, "Rain, I have regretted it my whole life-" "Lynn where's Milos house?" I ask her, "Rain-" "please I just need a few hours or the day away from this" I say, "it's the house at the corner across the street going left" she said, I nod and go upstairs to get dressed

Once I was dressed I go downstairs slipping my shoes on before anyone could say anything I left, I walked to Milos house and knocked on the door, his mom opened the door, "oh hey sweetie, you looking for Milo?" She asks, I nod with a smile, "Milo! You have a visitor!" His mom yells, "come in" she said inviting me in and closed the door, a few minutes later Milo came down stairs, "Rain?" He says, "I just needed to get away" I said, he nods, "mom we're gonna be upstairs" he says and than grabs my hand bringing me upstairs. "So?" He says, "she's my mom" I say dropping on his bed, "I got pissed off, I just couldn't be around her right now" I said sighing, "it's understandable, 15 years is messed up, and she had no intent on looking for you either" he said, "and now Lynn is actually my aunt, this is completely a mess, I wish I was still in the center" I said as Milo sat beside me, I sit up, "but than you wouldn't have met me or Livia" he said I look at him, and he looks at me, we start leaning in, but than he stops, "I can't" he said looking down, I look at him confused, he huffed, "I'm back with Santana" he said, I look away, "I'm sorry Rain" he said, I get up and we look at each other, "no it's ok, I guess I should have expected it since you guys were together since young" I say, "Rain-" "I'll see you at school Milo" I say leaving, I stop in front of Lynn's and stare at the house, I walk away towards the beach. I sat there for a few hours getting texts and calls from Lynn and Milo every few minutes, but I never answered, "Rain!" Lynn yelled, "why haven't you answered anything?!" She asked angrily, "I said I needed a few hours" I responded calmly, she sighed and sat next to me, "Rain I couldn't understand what you were feeling if I tried, it was wrong of your mom to give you up, and I would have taken you in if I knew she was" she said, "but we have the chance now to get to know you-" "who's we? You and Gia?" I say, "Rain, she deserves to get to know you" she said putting her hands on my shoulder, I stood up angrily and she followed, "and I deserve a better life, one that I wasn't given up at 2 years old! Where I had a dad and my grandparents and my mom, and my aunts and uncles! But I had no one!" I yelled as tears slid down my face, "you have me Rain, you have me now" she said, I start sobbing, she pulls me in for a hug, "I don't want to see her for a while, I'm not ready" I say, she nods, "ok I understand that" she says. We go back to house and Milos waiting on the couch, he gets up quickly when we walk in, he see'a me walk in after Lynn, he runs and hugs me, but I don't hug him back, he pulls away, "can we talk upstairs?" He asks, I shake my head no, "not tonight, I just want to go to bed" I said and left. As I got ready for bed Milo kept texting me, I decided to turn off my phone.
