Our parents were fighting as the usual
But today was different
Our mom was was drunk with her vodka bottle in her left hand
Our dad came home from a hard day of work
He did nothing wrong but our mom still had some reason to be furious at him
She screamed at him, telling him that we were the biggest mistakes that could ever happen to a human being
Our dad naturally argued against her, saying that we did not a single thing wrong and that she should stop blaming us for her actions
I was on the verge of crying and my sister hugged me tight
My sister went to the front door with me, telling me to wait till she returns because she had a job to do
I was getting impatient and anxious
I know how our parents fights normally end even though my sister always tried to make me not hear it
Moments later I heard glass getting destroyed and our dad screaming in pain
The second thing I heard was the horrible laughing of my mom
I got more anxious than ever
My sister was still in the house
I wanted to open the door to get inside of our house again but I heard a loud gunshot
I flinched and tears stormed down
The door was moving and I was going back some steps
I saw my sister with blood on her shirt
She told me to get in our car
I followed her command and got into the car
"I know people who are willing to help us, trust me" she said as she started the engine of the car
"everything is going to be alright (YN)"
