Ship
James and Simon
Simon sits with their feet propped on the back of the chair in front of them, they lay in their chair, almost falling asleep. They had gotten a detention early that day, it was the first time in a while that Simon had actually been caught doing something, but setting off a firework in someone's locker wasn't the easiest thing to pull off without getting caught.
So that brought Simon to where they are now, sitting in an empty classroom with a teacher outside, waiting for the bell to go off and for them to get home. Simon had been pretty mad when they found out they had been caught since that night they had planned to meet up with James to watch a movie, but after talking to James they assured that it was okay and they could meet up the following week. Simon focused on that thought, excited to see James again after the months that they hadn't seen each other.
As Simon planned the weekend in their mind they heard a small voice, "hey!"
"What!?" Simon says surprised, falling out of their chair and to the ground where they saw a familiar face hovering about them.
"Hi Simon," James smiles as they grab Simon's arm, pulling them up.
"How did you- why are you- what??" Simon questions as they pull James into a hug.
"What are you doing here"
"I wanted to visit" James pulls away from the short hug as their eyes wander around the classroom, inspecting the place, and walking over to the desk in the front of the room.
"How did you even get in?" Simon follows James to the desk and watches as they pull a laptop from their bag and set it on the desk. James just points to the ceiling where the air vent hung open. Simon stares at the vent, how did James even fit in there? How did they get in the vent wtf??
"Want to watch Ratatouille?" James asks as they pull up the movie. "I wanted to see you so I brought my laptop and decided we could watch a movie."
Simon laughs and pulls a chair up in front of the screen, ready to watch with James.
