The Last Nemikaze

~Third Person POV~

(This is just a short chapter about the relationship Kiyoshi and Jiraiya have. Jiraiya is like a father figure to Kiyoshi since her own father wasn't the best.)

"Kiyoshi, you need to push yourself harder." Jiraiya scolded his last student. "I'm trying Sensei!" Kiyoshi huffed barely able to breath. "You're the Avatar, you should be able to fight even if you're not 100%." Jiraiya told her.

"Jiraiya-Sensei, I've been training nonstop for weeks. I've trained with the ANBU, you, Sarutobi-Sensei, Tsunade-Obachan, Orochimaru-shishou, one on one with Kakashi, with Guy, Asuma, Kushina-nee, Minato-nii, Kurenai, Obito, Rin, Anko, Hayate, Ibiki, and the Ino-Shika-Cho trio! I can't do any better than I already am!" Kiyoshi laid on the ground after her outburst. "Come on." The Frog Sannin told his pupil.

"What." Kiyoshi whined. "Just come on." Jiraiya told her. Kiyoshi followed Jiraiya into the village and down to the shops. "Where are we going?" Kiyoshi asked grumpily. "Somewhere." Jiraiya answered walking up to a convenience store. "Jiraiya-sensei?" Kiyoshi asked confused.

"Here." He handed split a blue Popsicle and gave half of it to Kiyoshi. "Thanks." Kiyoshi mumbled sitting on the railing on the side of the road. "Jiraiya-sensei, why do you put up with me?" Jiraiya turned to look at his youngest apprentice. "Because you show talent that I've never seen before. And what kind of sensei would I be if I left you to train by yourself?"

Kiyoshi gave a ghost smile and look a bite from her Popsicle. "Thanks sensei." Jiraiya patted her head. "No problem kid." "I'm not a kid!" Kiyoshi pouted. "Sure." Jiraiya smiled.

"Hey sensei, do you think the Hokage would allow me to go train with the other Jinchuriki?" Kiyoshi asked as the student and master looked over the village. "Maybe, why do you ask?" Jiraiya questioned. "I was wondering how to control the Ten Tails chakra. It would be a good asset." Kiyoshi answered. Jiraiya smiled at his youngest student. "That sounds great. I'm surprised you're thinking that far ahead. When the war is over I'm sure you could go train with other Jinchuriki." 

Jiraiya ruffled Kiyoshi's hair and started walking off. "Come on, Suki will kill me if you are late for dinner." Kiyoshi smiled and ran after her sensei. "You just want to see Tsunade-Obachan." She teased with a laugh and ran ahead with her Nemikaze speed. "I DO NOT!" Jiraiya yelled running after her but from far behind.
