"Another road test any volunteers?"

Ian raised his hand eager to Ace this driving test. He was gonna ace it this time! That newfound confidence he had now was telling him he was ready to do this. It's been a month since his quest to bring back his dad. Even though he didn't get to meet him. He found out that he had something better. His big brother Barley and that was all he needed.

As he got in the car some of his classmates were giving him weird looks. He sighed ever since the fight with the cursed dragon and the school getting destroyed (He fixed it with a little magic). The kids at school started to act differently around him. His friends were fine with it. But sometimes he would open his locker and find notes like "Freak!" "Weirdo!" Or one time he found a note that said "Get out of our school you f*cking magical freak!"

He didn't let it bother him though. Unless they started sending deaththreats or they attack him or something. He wasn't gonna let it bother him.

🔮🔮🔮 Time skip🔮🔮🔮

HE DID IT! He finally aced the driving test and now he can finally get his license! The final bell rang and Ian practically ran to his locker excited to tell Barley. Who was picking him up today about the driving test. He opened his to get the stuff he needed out. But a slip of paper fell to the floor

Ian: Another note. Wonder what it says this time?

He opened it up and his heart stopped at what was written.

"You f*cking peice of sh*t! Your nothing without your pathetic big brother to help  you!"

The words hurt Ian. But he couldn't help but think their right.

Ian: (I am nothing without him. If it weren't for Barley. I would never have been able to fight the dragon)

Suddenly Ian found himself hating Barley. He hated to admit it but he was. When Barley picked him Ian didn't say a single word. Which worried Barley but he chose to be silent. Little did the brothers know where this would lead them.

I'll have the next chapter up as soon as I can. But until then I'll see you guys next time!😃
