Ian drove down the road as the sun began to rise. He parked by his house when his mom and Barley came running out. He got out and was pulled into a hug by Barley.

Ian: I'm sorry Barley! I shouldn't have run off like that!

Barley: It's ok. I'm just glad your safe.

Mom(Laurel): Ian we were worried sick about you! Don't ever do that again!

Ian and Barley pulled away from their hug and Ian said

Ian: I know I'm sorry. I just needed some time to think.

Mom(Laurel): Well I think you guys should have a little talk tonight. Me and Corey are going to have a girls night out.

Ian: (Nods) Yeah I know. We'll talk later. But right now I'm exhausted.

They all went inside and Ian went up to his room the box with the cake in it in hand.

He sat down on his bed and looked at the box. Thinking

Ian: (Should I really gave this to Barley?)

Ian didn't know why but something in his head was screaming at him. Not to give Barley the cake.

Ian: Maybe I should've asked Idina what the cake would do to Barley.

But it was too late now.

Later that day

Laurel left to go have her girls night out with Corey. While Barley sat at the table where he played Quests of Yore.
Ian came down the stairs the box in hand.

Ian: (It's now or never Ian)

He walked over to Barley. Who soon noticed him.

Barley: Oh hey Ian! Uh do you wanna join me?

This have have been kinda tense between Barley and Ian since Ian got home. Ian sat down and said

Ian: Sure I call the Wizard.

After playing for a little bit. Barley suddenly noticed the black box Ian had.

Barley: Hey Ian what's in the box?

Ian: Oh! Uh it's actually for you!

Barley: Really? What is it?

Ian: I stopped and got it for you. (Takes cake out of box)

Barley: Oh cool! (Takes cake) What flavor is it!?

Ian: Uh blueberry!

Barley: Cool!

Before Ian could say anything else. Barley took a BIG bite out of the cake

Ian: Oh Barley! Wait!

Things grew quiet and Barley chewed up the cake and swallowed it. He had a sour look on his face and said

Barley: You sure that's blueberry?

Ian was shocked and quickly said

Ian: Uh yeah! that's what they told me

Barley: (gags) That's not blueberry

Ian didn't know what to do. He didn't know what the spell was gonna do to Barley in the first place! Why did he give it to him!!!!? He suddenly found himself regretting what he had done. Idina wouldn't give him anything that would kill Barley. Right!?

Ian threw away the cake and they continued playing Quest of Yore. But Ian noticed that Barley keep getting paler by the minute.

Ian: Uh Barley why don't you go lay down. You don't look so good

Barley: No I'm fine besides we still need to talk about what happened earlier.

Ian: I could care less about that. I don't want to talk when you look like your about to throw up any minute now. Go rest Barley.

Barley didn't try to argue. He went to his room.

(Authors note: is his room in the basement? I DON'T KNOW! I'm just gonna say it's in the basement!😂)

Ian decided he would fix him something to eat and then go to bed. But before he could a loud bang was heard from the basement.

Ian: Barley are you okay?

Ian went to the basement. Barley's room was a mess but Ian didn't care about that. Over by Barley's bed. He had fallen off and was cover by his black blacket. A loud groan was heard

Ian: Barley?

The blanket covered Barley stood up but for some reason he kept getting taller than he originally was. The blanket fell off and Ian was shocked at what was underneath

A tall blue bear!

(This is actually the bear from Wonderpark but let's pretend it's Barley!😂)

Ian: oh my God!

Ian fell to the floor in a blind panic. The bear walked towards him confused.

Ian: Bear!

The bear looked down at it's hands as if it just noticed them and fell to the floor in shock.

Ian: Wait a minute

To Ian's horror he suddenly realized.

Ian: Barley!!?

The bear looked at him and nodded.

Ian: Oh my God! The cake did that! Why didn't the witch tell me that!?

Barley stared at him. His expression basically saying "Wait what!?" Ian noticed

Ian: What I didn't ask her to turn you into a bear! I just wanted her to change

Ian suddenly realized

Ian: You

A ferocious roar was heard after.
