The two drove to the bottomless pit. Somehow without the help of the wisps they were able to find Idina's cottage.
Ian: Oh good! Found it!
Barley(bear): Woah hey Ian wait!
But it was too late Ian had run down to the cottage and knocked on the door. No one answered. In fact the door was unlocked. When Ian walked inside the cottage was bare. It looked like it had been abandoned for years. There was no sign of Idina or the crow.
Ian: Hello? Idina?!
Barley(bear): she not here?
Ian: No she's not
Confused and a little bit irritated Ian ventured further into the cottage to find Idina. But he as went into the kitchen there was a cauldron.

Beside it was a table with four potions. Barley walked up beside Ian on his big bear paws. Ian approached the cauldron. As he did a puff of smoke came and revealed the head of Idina.
Idina: Hello to whoever comes across my little cottage! I am currently on my way to the witches festival! I regret to inform you that I won't be back till spring. But I left this for anyone looking for me!
Barley looked at the smoke head of Idina confused. He didn't understand exactly who this woman was. But he knew that she was the only one that can help turn him back. Ian however was getting nervous. In his mind all he could think was that Idina was gone and she couldn't help change Barley back.
Idina: So if your here for a new potion. Please pour vial 1 into the cauldron. If you need some help writing a new spell. Please pour vial 2 into the cauldron. If your that little wizard with the fluffy hairdo. Please pour vial 3 into the cauldron.
Ian gasp that was him he immediately grabbed the third vial and poured into the cauldron. The cauldron then showed a different message.
Idina: Oh Ian. I'm sure I know why your here but there's one thing I forget to tell you about the spell. By the second sunrise your spell will be permanent.
Ian gasped and Barley looked at him with fear.
Idina: Unless you remember these words.

With that she disappeared and Ian panicked. He had two days to change his big brother back or he would lose him forever. He looked over at Barley whose eyes were filled with sadness. Tears ran down Ian's eyes
Ian: I'm so sorry Barley
Ian couldn't take it he ran out of the cottage and back to Guinevere 2.0. He sat in the driver's seat and cried. Barley soon came running beside him
Barley: Ian it'll be ok
Oh how wrong Barley was. Ian didn't even know where to start and try to change him back.
Ian: No it's not Barley
Ian soon cried himself to sleep. Those words echoing in his head.
