This is Only the Ending

"So, this it," Ysabelle whispers to herself as she steps out of her ride, concert ticket and her last Limelight Pass in her purse. Walking towards the venue's entrance, she could not help but feel happy, proud, and sad all at the same time.

Staples Center Arena. With its sign saying, "Why Don't We: This is Only the Ending," the woman relaxes her heart from beating too fast. She starts to approach the huge sea of people, trying to make way for the line intended for the VIP goers.

She arrives just in time when she hears Jon, the tour manager, calling all of the Limelight holders to fall in line somewhere near the main hall.

After being squished left and right, Ysabelle finally makes it to VIP line, releasing an exaggerated sigh through her pinched expression. She knows that tons of people would be there but she did not expect for it to be this crowded at this early in the concert. The young lady fixes her wavy black hair in a high ponytail. She breathes deeply, pushing her frown so as to not ruin her mood.

The line proceeds to move towards a huge black double door at the side of the main hall. People around her are chattering with excitement, conversing on how they will approach the artists without freaking out. Some are even tearing-up even if the event has not even started.

Few minutes pass and the gigantic door finally swings opens. Ysabelle estimates the people to be around 300. Although small for some, it is still a lot since the tickets are super duper expensive. And that is just for the picture taking part. Imagine how the ticket costs just to spend 30 minutes with Why Don't We.

The lanes are moving quite fast. Jon and some of the crew make sure to finish the photo op quickly, moving everyone out once the camera's flash dies down.

Finally, after almost 45 minutes of standing, Ysabelle walks towards the boy group, rocking a black-off shoulder dress matched with a denim jacket. She finishes her look with a pair of white sneakers to make sure she will not tower over any of the members.

"Bella! You are here! I thought you did not come!" Corbyn shouts and gives her a solid hug. Giddy as ever, the lady returns the gesture tightly.

"Of course!" she replies in a high-pitch voice, adrenaline rushing in her blood. Since she has met the boys so many times in the same exact situations, her awkwardness is now gone. Whenever she goes into VIP, it feels like seeing her friends for the first time in a long time.

"Alright, alright. Make it quick. Double time," Jon hustles at them.

Startled, Ysabelle quickly runs down the line, hugging each of the members and earning a wink from Jonah. She giggles and positions herself in the middle of their line. Two flashes blind her eyes. She smiles with her eyes shining. This will be her last picture with them. She wants it to be perfect.

After giving her thanks, she quickly approaches the meet-and-greet line. She does not know if it is the high energy from her body or Corbyn's smile and Jonah's wink that make her blush hard. Caught up with her thoughts, she quickly brushes it off and heads to the room to meet her idols for one last time.

It is a total frenzy. Everyone wants to get WDW's attention. Who would not want to? But Ysabelle is not trying too hard. She has seen them so many times. She only plans to have small conversations with the members and give them her presents.

"Hey," a deep but cool voice rings in her ears. Instantly, she knew who it belongs to.

"Jonah!" Ysabelle exclaims, surprise to see the boy a few inches near her. Then, out of nowhere, he hugs her firmly with his strong arms, lifting her up from the ground for a few seconds. The fangirl is shocked, especially more since Jonah grins at her creepily after the hug. Although there are only around 30 people around, she feels that some are screaming internally or rolling her eyes at her due to the unexpected physical contact.

"What was that for?" she mumbles.

"I just like hugging fans," he replies, keeping up with his cheery but weird tone. She obviously does not believe it.

"I will not tell a soul, Jonah. Do not worry. They will not know your stunt from last night," she murmurs, smiling so no one would notice how threatening her words to the man.

Jonah coughs a bit and laughs so loud, everyone in the room stops what they are doing and looks at us.

"Uhm, who likes to have a picture?" he says. Immediately, fans are running to him with their phone cameras. He chuckles, wrapping his arm on a girl's shoulder to take a picture and winking at Ysabelle before posing for the camera.

Ysabelle does her tasks swiftly, not minding the given time-limit to interact with boys. She is giving them aesthetic and cool bracelets with zodiac signs matching the boys' birthdays.

Zach gasps like a little kid, amaze with how 'personal' the gift is. He gives her a quick hug with the girl stooping a bit since she is taller than the singer.

"Wow! This is so cool! Where did you get it? I want to buy Lav one," Jack declares, looking at the jewelry as if it is mesmerizing him.

"Oh, so you are that person who gave me a giraffe stuff toy with watermelon imprints! I will wear this bracelet to him like a necklace!" Daniel says while remembering the time she gave him a customized stuff toy during his birthday concert. The girl laughs with tears on her eyes. He is surely a comedian.

Ysabelle simply hands out her gift to Jonah, sticking her tongue out to tease him. He only rolls his eyes while opening the box.

"Corbyn!"

"Bella!"

After waiting too long for her turn to talk to Corbyn, she finally meets her lane once again.

"I got you something. I hope you like it," she says. She presents the gift that is covered in black paper tied with a white ribbon. Once he opens it, his eyes scan the object and smile right after.

"A Sagittarius bracelet! Wow. This is so cool! I will wear this later while performing," he coos, genuinely happy with the gift given. Ysabelle's black orbs are crinkling adorably, thanking him for his kind action. She is about to leave his spot when Corbyn grabs her wrist quickly so no one could notice.

She turns around with surprise and wide eyes.

"Yes?" she says, confuse by the touch.

"I will let Jon find you later after the concert. Do not leave yet. I have to ask you something first," Corbyn shyly delivers, acting like it is his first time requesting a girl to stay for him.

"Sure? No problem?" she replies in a high-pitch tone as if she is asking rather than declaring her answering.

"Enjoy the show! See you later!" the man smiles angelically and releases his grip on her.

Ysabelle, on the other hand, gives a tense smile. It is a dream for her, sure. But the sudden action and favor was unusual. But nevertheless, she calms down her beating heart once more, excited than ever for the show to be over.
