ENDistress

Know the people who you want to share with,
Promises may be there, some secrets can't be kept.
Yet never let the emotions get stuck in a container,
You may try to hide your feelings better,
Once it fills the inside, it will overflow till it bursts.
And never let the same pain strike you over again,
A true companion knows empathy and will listen,
No one wants solitary and be reclusive,
No man is an island, indeed,
Break the jar cause these comforts can relieve.
