I see, it's lunch time already but the good weather wins over my hunger. I'm walking along the shore of Yalong Bay atm. I love the way the cool breeze touches my skin and the warm sand keeps my feet from getting cold. Still in awe at this place. I guess it's a good decision to stay here a little longer.
I just took a month off to make my next album here. I was supposed to go back to the city today but I extended my stay for some reason. I chose this location not only just for its peaceful environment and aesthetic scenery but also for the memories I had here before. Yepp, this ain't the first time I stayed at this place. My very first time was with The9.
That was year 2021 of May when we had a photo/videoshoot for an endorsement and we got to extend our stay here for 2 days more afterwards. Those 2 days were our only free time for we had a lot of engagements to attend to. We maximized our limited freedom by building sand castles, burying each other on the sand, shells picking (shhh this is prohibited if excessive), scuba diving, cliff diving, island hopping, kayaking, etc. We did all these things together. My favorite part of the trip was when we gathered around a bonfire and had deep talks. For the first time, we got to share with each other the things that we didn't normally share. Our dreams, our fears, and our frustrations. We became absolutely vulnerable that made us cry our hearts out. We saw each other's undiscovered sides. We also sang along to Yuyan's strumming and ate slightly burnt marshmallow on sticks.
So much memories are made here in this place. That's why I can't just stop myself from going back here. Here in this place we promised that whatever may happen after we disband we will always keep in touch with each other. And if we happened to break this promise, the second promise will take over which is to find our way back to each other again. Up until now I'm still holding to that promise. I'm still hoping that we will find our way back to each other.
Five years went by and a lot of things have happened in our separate lives. As for me, I pursued being a full-time rapper. I've collaborated with Laoshi Jony J and Naiwan several times already. I've made albums as well. Basically that's just what happened to me for the past five years.
Oh god I miss them so much. I want to be with them in this wonderful place. In our most memorable place. If only they were with me today we'd run along the shore and watch as the waves come crashing at our feet. We'd wait for the sun to set as we laugh about our silly moments.
Sigh. Silly Keyin. It's funny that I'm imagining them coming my way. What's funnier is that they seem soooo real. It's weird tho, I'm only seeing 7 human figures. 6 tall ones and a small one. If this is just a day dream, why are they just 7? So weird.

Before I even get to turn around so many arms have already been wrapped around me. So does this mean... they're real? Oh God.
