Believe In Love With Me (Amanene AU)

A Vacation From College?

It was another day of horrible college and Amane-kun. It's been five days since school started. Which means, five days of dealing with Amane-kun. Still a lot more to go, sadly. Which, fortunately means five days less of Amane-kun's strange love training he started for me five days ago. I was just writing all of this down, along with drawing things.

"Hey, Nene-chan!" Ao-chan walked to sit by me.

She was smiling. How often do popular girls do that? All of the time, it's so annoying because they have perfect lives. I looked at her and smiled.

"You look happy today, why's that?" I asked, keeping a kind tone.

"Well, I got an email from the professor. He said that everyone deserves eight days off, including today,  and grouped us all to go somewhere, plane tickets and everything. Me, you, Amane-kun, Mitsuba-kun, Kou-kun, and a girl named Shijima Mei." She explained.

I sighed, a girl I don't know well, or even at all. I did know who she was, I've seen her glance at me a few times, then back. She was a girl who avoided popular kids, she seemed shy. A group of six kids going to somewhere, with Amane-kun. He was the worst part.

"Okay, then. Do they all know?" I asked.

"I think so, we're all supposed to meet up at the gate, 6-A. For the flight, and it's at 9:00 PM. Where do you think we'll go?" Ao-chan looked at me.

"Not anywhere in Japan, obviously." I said bluntly.

Ao-chan sighed, "What about Paris? New York City? Anywhere? Even Hawaii?" She looked at me desperately.

"I guess Hawaii, I've never seen a shark, they're native to Hawaii so I guess that." I decided, shrugging.

"What're you drawing?" Ao-chan tried seeing, but I immediately closed my sketchbook.

"Off limits." I said sternly.

"Aw, you don't trust me?" Ao-chan asked.

"No, I've known you for four or five days. Technically five, but still." I said.

"Okay..." She muttered, "Let's get our things ready then." She decided with a smile plastered onto her face.

I chose swimsuits and clothes, you never know if there'll be a pool or a beach. I also grabbed hair bands for my hair, obviously. Pajamas, my phone so I didn't forget it. There;s the notification, I forgot I didn't have the notification sounds on. So it did message to everyone. I wonder if- I looked at where we were going and smiled. It was Hawaii. I just wonder why so early in the school year we're going on vacation. Maybe a learning experience. I'll write down things I learn, and work with Amane-kun for the project I guess. Wait- one boy seeing two girls in swimsuits. I blushed a bit of embarrassment. I at least can't swim.

"Done!" I exclaimed, checking my phone.

We must be off of school, because it was 10:35 AM. I woke up at 10 AM, definitely off of school. We'd probably leave for the airport. I talked to Ao-chan for a bit to find the group's Instagram accounts to make a group to talk about the vacation.

**DM CHATROOM**

Aoi Akane - Who's excited for Hawaii?

Amane Yugi - Me, I can see girls in swimsuits. 😉

Yashiro Nene - If I could slap you, I would. But, I'm not swimming.

Mitsuba Sousuke - Why, Daikon-chan? But I'm excited.

Kou Minamoto - She can't swim, but I am as well.

Mei Shijima - This is the group? But, yes.

Aoi Akane - Yep! Welcome, Shijima-san!

Mei Shijima - Call me Mei-chan, all of you. It'd be weird if you guys called me that.

Amane Yugi - Three girls to see in swimsuits? This is a pirates dream!

Yashiro Nene - Stop, Yugi-san.

Amane Yugi - What did I say about calling me that?

**BACK IN REALITY**

I turned off my phone, aware of the notifications, but ignoring them. Amane-kun is so weird, especially about girls. I can't imagine him at a girl's house or apartment. At least I know to lock my door and never lend him the dorm number.

"Hey, Ao-chan, don't tell Amane-kun our dorm number." I said.

"Yeah." She agreed, smiling.

Me and Ao-chan were noting the group for hours, until it was 7:55 PM. it was shocking how long the boys could go on about Hot Wheels. We were noting their grammar went the girls were inactive. They were using shortened versions of words such as "ur" "urs" "kewl" idc" "idk" and stuff like that. but me and Ao-chan got dressed to go to the airport. We all drove over to the airport together, deciding who'd sit together. At around 8:11 PM we arrived with 49 minutes to spare, we spent that time eating, shopping for comfortable neck pillows, and more eating. Also arguing about who sat next to each other. We decided this.

Me and Amane-kun, the reason is Amane-kun begged so he could do his love lessons.

Ao-chan and Mei-chan, they're both girls and they silently want Mitsuba-kun and Kou-kun to get together.

Finally, Kou-kun and Mitsuba-kun, because we all think they'd be great together.

We boarded the plane at 8:55 PM and took off at 9 PM exactly. we were in a luxurious area, so I was able to sleep, but instead I read a book for the meantime.

"You're not going to sleep, Nene-chan?" Amane-kun asked.

"Nope." I said.

"Weird, well I am. Night, Nene-chan. I'm really excited." he smiled at me, letting me know to wake up early for the stupid love lessons.

I seriously hated them, but me and the girls all stayed up and messaged each other on how stupid the boys were. Also about typical girl things on vacations, like plans. Tanning, pool in our condo, swimming which I'll go in the water, shopping, etc. We also talked about distractions for Amane-kun so he wouldn't bother us. We also talked about studying Hawaiian culture and wildlife in case it was for a test about our individual group's place we went to and what we learned. We were ready or what was ahead, and we were excited. We also settled on camping out one of the nights and restaurants to eat at.

Overall, I'm really excited about Hawaii. Spending time with newer people may not be all that bad, I eventually fell asleep.
