I woke up and got a text from Betty
Betty✨: hey wanna meet up at Pop's? I'm with Ronnie!
y/n: sure see you in a bit.
I went in my car after I wore whatever I found in my closet and drove to pop's The bell rang on top of my head I looked around and found a raven haired girl and a blonde girl waving at me with a smile on their faces. "hey y/n" I smiled "hey" Betty looked at me "soo who's the lucky boy taking you to homecoming?!" I chuckled "Archie asked me yesterday and I said sure" Veronica laughed "love at first sight?" I rolled my eyes playfully "I still don't know what to wear I haven't gotten a dress yet" Betty giggled "well lucky for you Veronica knows the best stylist" Veronica smiled "I think purple's your color" Betty nodded "yeah I see it"
TIMESKIP TO NIGHT TIME I opened the door to a ginger haired boy with flowers in his hand. Archie stared at me I smiled "what?" Archie chuckled "you look beautiful." I looked down trying to hide the fact that I blushed. I cleared my throat "you don't look bad yourself now let's go we don't want to be late" Archie laughed
Archie got out of the car and then took his hand out for me to hold it. I held it and then got up. "Shall we go?" Archie said turning his head to look at me "we shall" I smiled. We went in to see high schoolers dancing with their dates and teachers sitting around. "Let's go find Jughead and the others" I said looking for them. "Found them" we walked towards them. "Hey guys!" I said while smiling I looked over at the raven haired boy of course he had a beanie on. "oh so you guys are together?" I said looking at Jughead and Betty.
Jughead shaked his head quickly "uh no just here as friends!" I nodded "well you all look great" Kevin looked at me and Archie "are you both together?" I looked at Archie and then looked down trying not to blush. Archie shaked his head "no we aren't together just here as friends" Slowdance song starts playing Veronica smiled "Kevin I think it's time for us to go sit" Veronica walked away and Kevin followed her. I turned to Archie and we started to slow dance. Archie chuckled "are you ok?" I nodded "yeah I'm ok I'm just thinking how my life changed in less than a month" Archie laughed "yeah um also about yesterday..." I shaked my head "it's totally fine-" Archie kissed me! A teacher came up to us "you can't be doing that here" Archie pulled away quickly "sorry"
CHERYL'S AFTER PARTY "Let's play seven minutes in heaven" (I forgot what she said there so if you know what she said just pretend I typed that) Cheryl spinned the bottle for Archie and it landed on Betty (I know it lands on Veronica in the show but it's part of the plan). Everyone looked at me including Archie. They both went in the closet.
BETTY'S POV "I don't really know why we are in this closet honestly we shouldn't have came here-" I pulled Archie in for a kiss interrupting him from saying another word. He didn't pull away surprisingly.
BACK TO MY POV Everyone knew Archie and Betty were kissing so they all looked at me. I ran out of the party Jughead ran after me. "Are you ok?" I hugged him tightly while crying. He didn't hug back for a minute because he wasn't expecting it. He hugged me back.
