I opened my phone to see 17 missed calls from Jughead. 34 new messages from Veronica. And 8 missed calls from Archie and Betty. "What the hell is so important?" I drove to the school. "hey what happened? Why did you guys keep calling me?" Jughead got up "where were you?" I looked at all of their faces. "Can we all meet up at pop's after school? It's important!" Veronica nodded "of course" I looked at Archie and Betty I saw the guilt in their eyes from homecoming. I smiled "I forgive you guys. You guys are perfect together!" Betty smiled and so did Archie "are you sure?" I nodded.
AT POP'S Jughead was sitting by me and Veronica, Betty and Archie were front of us. "Soo what is it about?" I looked down and told them everything and then I looked at Jughead. "And today I left early to my house because... I went to visit my dad in jail." Jughead looked at me quickly "what? He is still alive? He is in riverdale? Why didn't you tell me?" I started crying "everything was too much. I asked him about the serpents and he said that Clifford Blossom sent him to kill my mom. He said that Clifford Blossom said if he denied his request then he will burn our house down while we are in it..."
Archie looked at his milkshake "so he threatened your dad to kill you and your mom?" I nodded slowly. Betty looked at me "do you think this will help with Jason's murder?" I shook my head "I have no idea" Veronica looked at me "you have to tell Cheryl about this! She might know something that can help" I nodded "yeah but I need someone to come with-" Jughead interrupted me "I will go. Tomorrow?" I nodded "yeah ok. Also guys I'm sorry if this is too much. I trust all of you and that's why I told you all" Veronica smiled "it's ok I'm glad you told us."
AT JUGHEAD'S TRAILER I sat on the couch and Jughead sat by me "do you think Clifford Blossom is still trying to kill me?" Jughead shook his head "no, and even if he is. I won't let that happen to you!" I smiled "thank you for always being here for me Jug" Jughead looked at my lips and then looked back at me. He leaned in and kissed me. His hands went behind my hair. I kissed back. He pulled away smiling. I smiled back. He looked at me "I really like you y/n! I liked you since the first time I laid my eyes on you!" I chuckled "I like you too!"
