Recap: It's been a year since Marinette and Luka been married, they been through hell and back since Adrien death and Lila in prison for attempted murder of Marinette. Now it's time for the next part of being married: having kids of their own.
In the living room, Luka came back and he saw Mika still playing he looked at the calendar.

Luka: Hey buddy. Your birthday is coming up. Since Mommy can't plan your party, I'll do it for you. *Mika looked up and grinned at Luka. * I'll get to work. *He went to the room, got the party invitations, and Marinette came out of the bathroom. *
Marinette: Hey, what are you doing?
Luka: (holding a cup of orange juice) Oh. I thought you were sleeping. *He handed her a cup. *

Marinette: (taking the orange juice) Thank you. No. I got up a few minutes ago. What are you doing?
Luka: I wanted to plan Mika's birthday.
Marinette: You were?
Luka: Yeah. I was gonna do it by myself since you're pregnant.
Marinette: Oh, it's not too bad. You can barely see it growing. I'm still good.
Luka: Alright. Are you sure you can plan this?
Marinette: Yeah I can. I'm not gonna let a little pregnancy slow me down.
Luka: Okay. I better get the kids a snack. *He walks away as Marinette grabs the invitations and other party-planning stuff, and she goes into the living room. In the kitchen, Luka goes into the fridge and gets out some strawberries and bananas, he washes the strawberries off, then gets a knife and cuts them up on a cutting board. Then, he gets the bananas and starts peeling them and cutting them up too. Mika starts walking to Marinette. *
