Complicated Love

Chapter 2

I woke up to Luke kissing my head. I loved that. I loved him.

"Hey baby cakes. You're allowed to go home now, but because of Jake you're coming to my house. Okay?" I nodded my head.

"Okay but Luke?" I asked making him turn to look at me. He stopped doing what he was doing and sat down.

"Babe. What is it. What's wrong?" He asked with confusion. He had no idea what was running through my head.

"Do you really like me? And be honest don't lie like everybody else does." I told him sternly. He looked at my expression. He could tell I was serious. He sighed.

I knew it.

"Katie. I've liked you since we first started hanging out. But I've been to chicken to ask. Then you told me about Jake. Then I found out what he does-did to you. And I just wanted to grab you and be like why don't you dump him. Turn him in. I was so mad. My anger and fear kept me from asking you. But this showed me how easily I could loose you. Come on let's get you to my house so you can have some real food and rest." He was.....the best boyfriend ever!

"Luke?" He looked at me.

"Yes my love?" I laughed a little. When I laughed he smiled.

"Can we get some French fries from McDonalds?" He laughed.

"Of course we can babe." He laughed and helped me out of that bed.

~at Luke's house~

I was so tired I guess I fell asleep on the way to Luke's house. I felt the car stop. I heard him sigh. It was a happy sigh though. I heard Luke get out of the car. He came over to my side and opened the door. He unbuckled me which made me shift my position.

He picked me up bridal style. I leaned into his chest. He was so warm. He set me back down on the seat. He took of his coat. He put it over me like a blanket. He picked me up again and carried me to the house.

We weren't even it yet and it was loud. Luke opened the door.

"LUKE YOUR HOME!" Calum screamed. Then he saw me sleeping. Luke glared at him.

"You guys need to shut up. She is just getting home. I can't imagine how tired she is. I'm gonna be up there with her for a little while. Keep it down. After a little bit ill come down and hang. But I'm still gonna be checking up on her." Calum sighed and in ran Ashton. He was about to yell Luke! When Calum put his hand over his mouth.

Luke lifted an eyebrow. Then put it back down. He smiled "thank yo-" Mikey ran in screaming Luke's name. Luke yelled. He went upstairs.

"What did I do?" Mikey asked innocently.

"He brought Katie here." Ashton told him.

"Ohhh. Oops" the boys just laughed. They went into the other room. They ordered pizza. They picked out a couple movies. They sat waiting. For their pizza to come.
