Chapter 70~Disappointment

Disappointment-the feeling of dissatisfaction that follows the failure of expectations or hopes to manifest

Before the family knew it summer had been and Christmas was upon them. In the last 6 months the twins had turned 5 (A/N: Jaemin is 7 now as the chapters before Jisung's return are before Jaemin's birthday.) a new school year has begun and yet no sign of the new child the parents are wanting.

Today was the last day of school before Christmas and Jisung was picking up Jaemin before picking up the twins.

"What's got you all smiley Jaemin?"
"There's a pretty girl in my class..."
"A pretty girl? What's this pretty girls name?"
"Jeon Areum, she's the prettiest girl I've ever seen."
"Prettier than eomma?"
"Hmmmmm I will get back to you on that appa."
"My my Han Jaemin maybe there is a girl you think is prettier than your eomma."
"Even if I don't find her the prettiest; appa always will,"
"That's right."

Once they were all home Jisung sent the kids to go play as he went into the room surrounded by darkness.
"Minhyeon?" He walked closer to her,
"Minhyeon please say something, listen I know you're disappointed that this time isn't as easy but we will have another baby."
"I'm sorry Jisung..."
"No no no, no apologise Minhyeon. What did I tell you?"
"That it will just take time..."
"Exactly."
"I love you Jisung,"
"I love you too; now I need you to talk to our son." Minhyeon stared at him in confusion,
"Our son in his own words has said he's found a very pretty girl but he doesn't know if she's prettier than his pretty eomma."
"That boy...how did we get so lucky to have such a kind son?"
"Let's hope he stays this wa-"
"Eomma I miss you!!!"
"Ahhhh Han Jaemin don't scare your appa and I like that."
"Sorry eomma I just miss you so much."
"Awwww I missed you too. Now appa tells me you found a pretty girl, what's her name?"
"Jeon Areum she's in my class she's very pretty."
"Well then my very handsome son needs to become friends with the pretty girl if he isn't already."
"We play together she's very nice too,"
"Pretty and nice what a perfect combination. Next time I pick you up I'll talk to Areum's parents about a play date."
"Yes! Thank you eomma I love you!" With tjat Jaemin ran out of the room in excitement,
"Now that's made you and him happier."
"It definitely has but Jisung I don't want to give it longer than another 6 months; then it would've been a year and I don't think I could go longer than that."
"Whatever you wish, we don't need another baby."
"I miss them being babies...I know we don't need another baby but I just want one so bad..."
"We will have one I promise you. I mean look what we did without even trying."
"Jisung don't the kids are out there,"
"Then we can be quick..."
