"Oi, did you guys did the homework Iruka-sensei assigned us?" Kiba asked. "It was hard as hell!"

"No" Shikamaru said while yawning and getting ready to sleep at his seat. "It was such a drag to do it."

"Kiba don't try to make us do the homework for you. You have to do it by yourself." Shino said in a calm tone.

"Says the one who's obsessed with studying ugly bugs!"

"THEY'RE NOT UGLY BUGS!" Shino yelled in annoyance. "THEY'RE LIVING CREATURES THAT MAKE A BALANCE IN THE WORLD!!"

"OH, COME ON!!!" Kiba begged while Naruto watched the scene in silence. The Uchiha noticed his sudden change in attitude and turned to the blonde boy.

"Oi, Naruto!" He said while smacking his face with a book.

"Teme!!" Naruto said in annoyance, ready to punch him in the face. "What the hell is wrong with you dattebayo?!?!?"

"Finally you say something. You've been acting weird since you arrived." He replied.

"You're making up things dattebayo. Everything's fine..."

"Hn..."

Then out of the blue Lee and Chouji entered the classroom in a hurry. "Naruto!" Lee said. "We have to go, Karin's making a scene outside!"

"Hey, we're cousins but I'm not her nanny." He replied as he watched how Chouji was at the verge of having a heart attack. "Oi, Chouji are you alright?"

"I....I just need some chips.." he said as he catched his breath.

"You need a better lifestyle" Ino said from her seat. "Eating potato chips only will make you weaker as time goes on."

"Naruto pleeaaase you have to help us stop Karin!" Lee insisted.

"Why does he has to stop her?" Kiba asked.

"Yeah, why do I have to do it?" Naruto repeated as Sasuke went to the window and saw the whole commotion. Then he noticed the person Karin was making a scene with and quickly understood why Lee was worried.

"Naruto, we have to go" Sasuke said as he started leaving.

"But why the hell do I have to-?!?!"

"Hinata's in trouble..."

That was enough for the Uzumaki to stand up from his chsir and run like a maniac followed by the rest of the class.

Meanwhile.....

"Why the hell you disobeyed me Hinata?!?! You had to trust me when I told you that the volleyball team wasn't for you!" Karin said in rage while she pushed her to the ground.

"Hey! Why the hell Karin stop it!" Tenten said as Temari stood in front of the redheaded girl and grabbed her by her shirt.

"I've been holding up myself against your stupidity but that's enough Karin. I think it's time to teach you a little lesson." Temari said with a smirk as she got ready to punch her.

"You think you're better than me? You're acting like this just because you're the mayor's daughter. You may be someone important outside, but here? Here you're just a mere punk child with fear of being rejected by a walking pineapple!!"

Temari was about to punch her when she felt another hand hilding her. "What the-!" She said.

"Leave her to me" Naruto said in a serious tone. Temari sighed and let her go.

"You better do something with her before I turn her to ashes." She said before checking on Hinata.

Naruto looked at how Tenten, Ino and Temari took care of Hinata and turned to stare at Karin. "Did she gave it to you?"

"Shut up and out of the way you knucklehead!" Karin said as she tried to walk past him but the Uzumaki boy didn't let her.

"I'm gonna ask you one more time. Did Konan gave you the pills?" He said in a more warning than asking tone.

"And who cares if she gave them to me!?! That's not your business!!!" She yelled.

"You're her cousin. It is his business" Sasuke said while appearing behind Naruto.

"S-Sasuke-kun! You came to defend-" Karin said while blushing.

"Save it. You know how much Hinata means to Naruto. So don't hurt her."

"But....she promised to not enter the volleyball team and-"

"She can do whatever she wants dattebayo. She doesn't have to tell you everything..." Naruto said inna serious tone as he grabbed her cousins arm. "Now let's go."

"No! I won't!" Karin refused but Naruto ignored her and dragged her away. Sasuke watched her carefully.

"She's acting really weird." Shikamaru said while standing beside him. "What do you think?"

"Hn."

The Nara sighed. "Not much of a talker when it comes to her right?"

"You know my thoughts about her." He said coldly while turning around to see Hinata. She was already up with the help of Tenten, Temari and Ino.

"I'm sorry guys. She just went n-nuts and-" Hinata said while lowering her head and hiding herself between the books she was carrying.

"Don't worry about her Hinata" Ino said. "She's been acting weird lately."

"Yeah, specially since Sakura arrived." Tenten added. "I mean she's always been crazy but..."

"Hinata" Sasuke said, getting her attention. "Are you.....alright?"

The Hyuga stood speechless for a moment

"I...I-m fine thanks..." she said.

"Hn" The Uchiha replied while leaving. The rest of the girls got confused.

"Did you guys saw it too?" Ino said in shock.

"Yup. Girl, you got lucky!" Temari said while patting Hinata's back.

"Wha- N-No it isn't like.....that...." Hinata said while blushing.

"Calm down Hinata, you look like you're about to faint" Tenten continued.

"Whaaa-?!?!?" She said before spotting Sakura entering school. "S-Sakura-san!!"

But she was quiet and whore a jacket that covered her arms and entire outfit. She was silent and walked with her head down to the classroom, ignoring everyone who called her.
