"can you stop shit talking me in your mind?" jaemins eyes went wide as the girl whisper yelled at him. they were sitting in the living room, waiting for yuta and taeyong who were having a conversation about what would happen with sora.

the boy had no words as he stopped talking to his girlfriend. he would have to get used to being around more then two supernatural beings- or more of being around a supernatural being that was his age.

she understood right? she understood the hardships of being a teenager in this kind of time. maybe she had it worse. maybe being a supernatural was harder. from what he had heard she came from a circus? where's her family?

"oh my god you're thinking so loud." she groaned standing from the couch to walk into the kitchen where there was an island with stools. she sat there with a straight face as she stared into the space in front of her.

she wondered what would happen now. well she has no where to go that's for sure. she can't go to her mother- she probably wouldn't even make it on her own in the real world. sora was thankful that yuta had come to her rescue but the question was,

would he continue to help?

"this is big taeyong. like really big." yuta sighed as he flipped through the journal on his desk. taeyong continued to pace as he bit his finger nails out of habit. "we have to keep her safe with us or else they're going to come for her." taeyong demanded worriedly.

"but i don't know about her staying with me. i mean it could make it even more dangerous." yuta shook his head, hands shakily trying to find a specific page in the journal. "no that'd be worse. you're stronger if you stay together."

"how will jaemin be?" yuta was always cautious of jaemins fellings. both were because one, he was adopted by taeyongs parents and let's just say jaemin was very neglected by his old parents, and two he was a human, didn't have powers like taeyong and yuta and their families.

"i'm sure he'll be okay. although he has been distancing himself these days." "i mean have you tried to talk to him?" yuta cocked his brow at the older only to receive a look from him. "of course i've tried to talk to him. he's my little brother." taeyong rolled his eyes.

"he won't talk that's the thing." his sighed harshly, sitting down on the bed. "i think it's that girlfriend of his. she's doing something or telling him something that's making him become distant. hell he doesn't even hang out with the dreamies anymore."

the dreamies, having been jaemins old friend group since they were all in grade school. they were all very bright kids and great for jaemins mentality but all of that went to waste when he met jessie.

the two elders had been suspicious of the girl and what made them even more suspicious was that yuta couldn't read her mind. it was blocked just as yutas was when he met sora.

but there was only two reasons for that. either jessie had figured out how to mind block or- "why are you even here!?"

"i don't know ask the man that brought me here!"

"well you're not staying here are you? you can fend for yourself so leave!"

"i cant just leave! i don't have anywhere to go!"

"not my problem!"

"yah! what's going on in here." yuta yelled after running into the living room where sora and jaemin were arguing. "he keeps judging me and shit talking me in his mind!" sora exclaimed, frustration tears forming in her eyes.

"i don't want her to stay here!" jaemin argued, pointing a stern finger at sora. "well too fucking bad jaemin. she's going to have to stay here. again it's for safety, shes the last of the mindreaders." taeyong emerged from his room where him and yuta were.

"this is bullshit." jaemin scoffed, grabbing his phone before walking out of the front door and slamming it.
