3rd April

All the students of Kennedy High School were gathered in the cafeteria for lunch. They made such an uproar that it was difficult to argue without having to raise your voice.

Our group of friends were installed in a corner of the room chatting happily. Bradley was starting to open up a little more to others, thanks to Tristan. The blond comforted him as soon as his morale dropped and helped him move forward.

Without realizing it, he had helped the curly to calm his scarification. He still continued to injure himself, but made fewer strokes. It was only a small step, but it was a good start.

Connor and Claire spun the perfect love, even if the young man loved to annoy his girlfriend by all ways possible.

The whole gang had noticed the looks James was giving Iris. However, he dared not take the first step, for fear that his feelings would not be reciprocal with the French woman. And she didn't know how to interpret James' behavior towards her. He was extremely kind, always smiling and he tried to make her laugh every day. They were lost.

- How would you like to come and watch a film at my house this evening? James suggested.
- Yeah! exclaimed Tristan.
- I must have with my parents, Claire sighed.
- Same, added Connor.
- I have to warn my mother, added Bradley before biting into an apple.
- And you Iris, are you coming?
- I'm sorry, but I have to decline the invitation. I'm working tonight.
- Since when have you been working at night? asked the curly man.
- I work part-time as a waitress. I have some late invoices. Sorry James, I really wanted to come.
- It doesn't matter, we'll do it again next time.

He was disappointed because he had offered this just so he could spend the evening with her. They discussed the choice of film and it will be The Silence Of The Lambs that they will watch.

- We need to talk.

James turned to his friends, surprised. He settled on the armchair opposite the sofa awaiting the continuation.

- Now it can go on longer, Connor sighed.
- What? I did what ?
- It punctuates the eyes that you love Iris so stop beating around the bush and go for it dude! exclaimed Claire.
- But what makes you say that? he said embarrassed.
- Well, I'll tell them then, mocked Tristan. He flashed on her as soon as she got hut. But he never dared to tell her.
- Why ? asked Bradley quietly.
- I'm afraid it won't be reciprocated. Imagine the discomfort it would cause us after that.
- She's not like that, you will at least stay friends. Try it, you have nothing to lose.
- How, can you know that Bradley?
- She's my best friend, I'll tell you. Besides, before you spoke to her, she had already told me that you liked her. You are her type.
- Are you serious ?
- Yes.

It turns red like a peony. So she felt that too? He jumped up and took his phone, then dialed the young woman's number.

- Hello?
- Hi Iris, um, I wanted to ask you, would you like to go to the movies with me on Friday?
- Friday ? A movie theater ?
- Yes and then we could go eat a pizza before or after, it's up to you.
- It's okay, she said smiling.
- Seriously? he said in a slightly too high voice.
- Yes, she laughs. What time do you want us to meet at the cinema?
- I'll come get you.
- What a gentleman.
- A girl like you deserves a gentleman.
- Okay, I note on Friday, you come to pick me up around what time?
- 6:30pm ?
- Perfect. Sorry, I have to hang up.
- No problem, kiss.

He hung up and turned to the teenage quarters who were looking at him with big eyes.

- What ? I got started so everyone must be happy, she said yes.
