Wrong Summer Camp

Chapter 5

ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE BOYS!

We came to the hall and we all came to a group of boys and sat next to them.  They greeted each other and there I was again...... Lost in the group. 

'OMG,  Why I'm I always so 'invisible '??' "Oh sorry.  This is Blaire,  she'll be staying with us this Summer, "Gracie announced.  Ok, so there were 5 boys.  They all kinda paired up and so....,  "OK,  so this is Rush,  my boyfriend, "Gracie started. "This is Alexander, my boyfriend, "Kira continued. "This is Melody,  my boyfriend and Stella's brother, " Liana said. "This is Rover,  Gracie's twin brother, " Stella said.  "And that is Hayden, "Gracie finished.

I smiled and shook all their hand.  I stopped to look at Rover and they were so identical.  When I got to Hayden,  we kinda locked eyes and stayed for almost a minute when Alexander facked a cough and we broke our eye contact. 

All the girls groaned then Stella said, "Aww.... You guys look so cute. " I walked away from Hayden and hit her hand. "Oww,  what was that for?   You guys look crazy cute,  right girls, "Stella said and turned to the girls.  "Heck yeah!!! "they all squealed.  'OMG,  I'm I gonna go through this drama in Summer?? '

*My POV*
OK, seriously,  Hayden was so attractive.  He had dark brown eyes.  He had his front hair curly and the back was combed up to the front.  He had a really cute face.  He also had a warm smile that made me smile back.

*Reality*
I thought about this all the way to the hall.  When we got there,  I was personally amazed by how huge it was.  It was like three rooms combined together. Some people had already gotten there so we sat down.  Actually,  the girls paired up with their boyfriends,  leaving me with Hayden sitting together.

So here is the thing,  we had to sit on the floor which was not a problem.  It's just that Hayden would be right next to me.  I crossed my legs and sat down and Hayden scooched over next to me and sat next to me. 

We didn't talk since the whole hall was chatting with their friends.  Suddenly,  Hayden patted my shoulder.  I turned to his side and he was about to talk when somebody started to talk on the microphone drawing my attention to whoever it was talking.

"Good evening kids.  Today you all made your way here and you are all safe and sound.  I'ld like to thank God for his mercy.......," the head of the school camp, who I talked to earlier,  Mrs Diana, continued to talk. I immediately lost my concentration when I felt a warm breeze from behind of my ear.  "We'll talk later cutie. "

Goosebumps covered my whole body.  When I turned to look at who said that,  I found a smiling Hayden behind me.  He was a bit closer than before. I curled my feet at hugged them and turned my attention to Mrs Diana and other people who appeared on stage.  The whole thing with Hayden made me feel wierd and awkward. For a person who isolated herself almost all her life and loved by my family and recently by a group of loving girlfriends, I'm still in shock.

OK,  so we had the next day to ourselves and from that,  we would begin the real reason we(not me)  all came here. 'EXERCISE '

*My POV*
ok,  to come to think of it,  I never thought of that.  I'm asmatic and that's why I don't do that much of exercise and get involved in stuff that will scare me to death.  So,  the next month,  or probably whole Summer,  I would be fainting because of lack of air....

We later sat down with our friends and had supper.  When I got to the cabin with the girls,  I remembered, " Ok honey,  Call me when you get there, "

"Oh My Gosh!!, " I fricked out taking my phone out of my phone to show a ton of texts from mummy.  I immediately dialed her number and she took the call immediately I called. 

"Honey,  why didn't you call? Did you get there safe?  Where was your phone?...." she went on for a while.  That's what you get when you forget to call mum.  She gets all paranoid and.... "Honey,  you still there? " she asked snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah mum.  Sorry I didn't call you, "was all I said before she said, "OK,  I guess I'm overreacting.  Get some rest honey.  Call me when you don't feel OK or something is wrong, " she said.

*My POV*
"MUMMY,  IM IN THE WRONG CAMP.  I WANNA GO HOME!!!!!!!

OK,  this would be my reaction but I didn't want to make my mum worried. 

*Reality*
"Goodnight honey, "I heard my mum and said, "Goodnight mummy.  I'll call tomorrow, "I said before I ended the call.

I had a quick shower and changed into my shorts and crop top.  Actually,  that has forever been my sleeping attire. 

"Good night girls, "I said and didn't wait for a response.  I pulled the covers closer and immediately drifted off to sleep.
