Chapter 6 Consequences

Finally... Within seconds of closing his dorm room door, Chunsun collapsed onto his bed. He was in so much pain. His muscles were arching his legs were trembling and his body was burning up like crazy. With a sigh, he took all the strength he had left to sit up and take the pills he had gotten from the pharmacy on his way home. Painkiller, anti-inflammatory pills and some pills to lower his fever. He knew he had to clean his body but no strength to so do. Fighting with himself he finally managed to push himself up from the bed and grab a towel and a bowl. With a huff, he started taking off his cloth. Throwing Beast' shirt on the pill of other cloth he grabbed the bottle of wound disinfectant and just dumped it all into the bowl letting the towel soak it up. It took him some time to rub most of his wounds with the towel, after he was done he didn't care anymore ignoring the fact that cum was all over him, dripping down his leg and making his tummy sticky he just rolled himself up in bed finally giving in to the darkness at the corner of his eyes falling into a deep restless feverish sleep.

Chunsun was about ready to throw his phone against the wall but he didn't have the strength so all he could do was pick up. "What?" His voice hoarse and rough he answered. "Chun are you sick? I was calling to wake you up or else you would be late for class but the way you sound you should stay in bed." Mick on the other end right away changed from annoyed to worried when hearing Chunsun's voice. "I'm sick I won't be coming to university for a few days." Chunsun was about to just hang up when he heard Mick's voice again. "Chun want someone to come by and look after you?" At first, Chunsun's eyes lit up smiling he was about to say yes happy to have someone to look after him and take care of the wounds on his back but then he remembered what he was looking like and he quickly changed his answer. "No, it's ok I'm fine don't worry really. Instead, help me out by taking notes for me in class." Mick sigh but agreed hanging up. Putting the phone away Chunsun turned around and went right back to sleep.

It took him three days to be healed up enough for the fever to go down. During those days Chai and Gan had come by they had seen Beast's change of behaviour and the scratch marks on his back so they pretty much knew how bad Chunsun was looking even before coming but they were still in shock seeing those wounds. With their help, the slightly infected wounds on his back were finally taken care of and Chunsun got some food into him. "Damn honestly Chunsun I'm so sorry I didn't know that Beast would go this far. Normally he has some control but I should have warned you." Chai was sitting on the bed next to Chunsun carefully handing him some congee. "P' please don't say you are sorry it's not on you I was the one who asked him for it." Chunsun quickly replied feeling bad for making the other feel guilty. "Still we should have been there to keep Beast under control you look like he raped you." Gan was cleaning up the towel he had just used to wipe Chunsun's wounds with disinfectant. "At least now he will leave me alone, right?" Chunsun looked hopeful at the two guys they both nod their head. "If not, we will take care of him." Chunsun nod finally relaxing enough to eat. "Can you do me a favour? Don't tell my friends. I'm ready to go back to university tomorrow and I really just don't want them to know what happened." Gan and Chai quietly agreed. "By the way, P' don't you two have an internship to do how come you are here?" Gan shrugged pointing to Chai. "He met with Beast for lunch yesterday and then he saw the scratches and everything. So, he just put one and one together and called me to find out where you are staying and to come over with him." Chunsun smiled softly. "Thank you so much."

For the marks to disappear it took a week for the wounds to heal it took three. But during that time Chunsun didn't have to deal with Beast even once it was true. The man had lost every interest in him. Even when they ran into each other in university they would greet and then go their own ways. It was like nothing ever happened. Chunsun's friends were confused as to why Beast change but they just took it as a sign of luck not looking into it too much. Like this weeks turned into a month into nearly two without anything happening. Finally, able to breathe and healed up Chunsun found his peace with this year after months of bad things happening. On the other hand, there was one person that was going through a lot of changes losing every last bit of his peace of mind.
