"So Madelyn Rose everyone is obsessed with you! They know how old you are, sixteen by the way, they know your favorite color is pink, but they want to know even more. They want to know your secrets and all about your relationship with the boys, and all those little details that seem to slip through the cracks so lets get started! I think the most asked question is do you get along with all the boys," Ali, the interviewer asks.

"Yes, they're all like my brothers and best friends. We hang out and watch movies and I respect them and they respect me."

"But people wonder if the fact that they're in charge of you can ruin that friend bond."

"Well I guess it could but it doesn't. At the end of the day they love and want the best for me and that means teaching me to grow up to be a good kid."

"Well are you a good kid?"

"I like to think I am but like any kid I have my moments especially those teenage ones and that's their job to straighten me out I guess."

"What do you mean straighten you out? Do you mean like punish you and stuff?"

"Yeah they're the disciplinarians, Louis, Liam and Zayn, I mean; they're solely in charge of me. Poor them, they have sixteen years of bad habits to fix."

"You say poor them, do they have a lot of reasons to discipline you?"

"Well I've grown up with almost no rules, I didn't have chores or have to obey anyone really. I never had to do all those things that your parents make you do."

"What would a kid like you get in trouble for?"

"Mainly little stuff. Not doing my chores or being disrespectful or not behaving. I don't really do anything too drastic."

"So no sneaking out, no partying?"

"Nope growing up my parents didn't set rules, I never had to be home at a certain time or had to do chores or had to be respectful really of adults. I was pretty much on my own."

"Do you hate your parents for not taking care of you?"

"No. We obviously don't have the best relationship but we still talk and things. I'm lucky because since they didn't take care of me I have the boys to. A lot of kids who don't have a good relationship with their parents don't have that 'second family' that the boys have provided for me. They let the boys take me because they knew that they would be providing a better environment for me to grow up in."

"So that environment is a good one? No partying or drinking? Let's face it the boys have been known to do a little of that."

"Haha I wish. Just kidding, I'm so not allowed to party or drink. They're pretty strict about that stuff. They have never put me in the situation where they're all drunk and partying. Usually one or two of them will stay home with me."

"If I can, can we talk about how you came to live with the boys?"

"My parents split when I was two years old. When I was ten they got back together but one of them would always be in and out of my life. They remarried when I was twelve but were never really home. Right after my sixteenth birthday my parents got new jobs that required them to travel 95% of the time. They were planning on leaving me by myself but when Liam heard he talked to the boys and they decided they wanted me to come stay with them. My parents knew it was better for me to live in a stable home with them than with my parents."

"Well how did they know Liam?"

"Hes a family friend."

"And how did they tell you you were moving?"

"They just told me, I didn't really have much of a choice."
