Favoritism

Niall's POV

Today had sucked. all I've done all day is lay in bed. The day started out fine, Josh texted me asking if I wanted to go to the movies so of course I did but when I asked Liam he was all "you need to stay home and rest because this week is going to be crazy." So because Liam wanted to be all mr in charge I have spent this entire day in my room and trust me, tv and twitter are only so entertaining. Plus Madi got out of the whole 'at home day" and got to go shopping with her friends and Harry spends all his time on his laptop. 

"Hey bud, do you want anything from the store?" Louis asks from the doorway.

"No but can I go with you? I've been bored all day. Please Lou? I promise to not ask for everything!" I plead.

"Sorry bud bu I promised Harry that him and I could spend some on on one time today." 

"Louis thats not fair! I want to go!"

"No Niall. Not today, see you in a bit," he says before exiting the room. Thats so not fair! I want to go shopping and be out of the house. I get that Harry likes to spend extra time with Louis but I want to get out of this house. I bet if Zayn tells Louis that I get to go then Zayn will give in!

"Z-Zayn," I gasp for air after running down the stairs and into the movie/media room. 

"Whats up?" he asks from behind his laptop. 

"I asked Liam to take me with him to the store but he said no cause he and Harry are spending one on one time but its not fair cause I want to go. Tell Louis that I get to go and its not fair to let Harry go but not me. I even promise to behave and not ask for everything in sight!" I plead. 

"Niall if Louis said no then that means no. I cant go against what he said. Plus its good for him and Harry to spend some time together! Maybe if you're good we can all go out for ice cream tonight?"

"No!" I huff. "I want to go to the store. Ive been home all day cause you guys said we needed to have a relaxing day!"

"Niall I said no; now drop it!" Zayn scolds.

"Its not fair!"

"I don't care. Last chance drop the attitude. Got it?"

"Fine," I mumble.

"What was that?" he raises his eyebrows.

"Yes sir," I say as I stomp up the stairs.

"Everybody's stupid," I huff, falling down on my bed. Nobody is ever fair; they favor Madi or Harry but never me!

"Niall, bud I need you to come downstairs and set the table for dinner," Liam asks, ruffling my hair and waking me up from my afternoon nap.

"Ask Harry," I mumble before turning back uner the covers.

"No Niall. Harry is still out with Louis and I asked you to do it. Come on, it'll just take a minute," he says before walking out of my room. Once again its not fair; I have to stay home AND I have to do the chores. I pull a sweatshirt over my head and stumble down the stairs into the kitchen.

"Thanks for your help Ni. When you're done do you think you could fold the clothes in the drier please?" Zayn asks from behind the stove.

"Zayn really?!" I glare as i drop the silverware on the table. 

"Yes way, I think you can manage," he scolds. I bang open all the cupboards and make the most noise possible to show my dislike of Zayn at this moment in time. Its stupid I know since it literally takes two minutes to get the table ready but I'm the one who has had to stay home all day while everyone else got to do fun stuff. Zayn shoots me a warning glare as i stomp past him and into the laundry room. All thats in the drier is some towels which I guess would take like 5 minutes to do but I just don't even want to think about doing it. Harry should have to do it because HE got to go out and have fun while I had to stay in this bloody house and be bored all day long.
