Personality

Personality: Mizuko is very sweet and calm. She is very supportive and is easy to make friends with. She can be a bit naive because she's so friendly. She is protective of her friends and always tries to keep them out of trouble. She's extremely empathetic, which makes her a bot emotional at times, but she's always there for people who need her most. She's also a bit hyperactive because she some ADD.

Amazing on the personality! You made her likable, but also gave her some mini flaws here and there, which is fine!

Likes: the beach, swimming, summer, being with friends, helping others, hanging out with her boyfriend, reading

Backstory

Hamaki Mizuko was born from a sperm donor to her mom, Ahyma, which is why her quirk is water-related. Her sister, who was born two years later, was born from a sperm donor to her other mom, Aya, which is why they have different quirks.

Huh, never seen a sperm child oc. Pretty cool.

Mizuko met Katsuki and Izuku in elementary. She was close friends with the two of them for years. In middle school, she went to a different school then her friends.

She got into UA, ranking pretty good in the class.

Overall, Hamaki is a really good OC! Nice looks, interesting background, and balanced personality! I would honestly love to be friends with someone like her in real life! Good job!
