Rouge - Andraste
Andraste (Pronounced an-DRA-steh) is a large and very out of place looking caracel with long legs and a short, half-length tail that is usual for her breed. She doesn't belong in the Arrowclan forest, in fact she's not even on the right continent and is most a most unusual sight. Andraste speaks in an African accent and sounds most peculiar to the resident cats. She's a warm, caramel brown in colour with a darker, brown sugar shade along her spine and tail. Andraste's coat fades to a faint honey white on her under-belly, chest and on the underside of her jaw. The bases of her whiskers and all around her muzzle are all defined with a very dark, chocolate brown which is a colour mirrored in her eye dots and in the low tearmarks at the inner corner of her eyes; which are a warm, nutmeg brown with tiny flecks of lighter and dark shades. Her ears are large and have a large characteristic tuft on each one, both being of the same dark shade as her facail marking.
Being a caracel, Andraste is larger than normal cats and with her powerful muscles built and designed for jumping and leaping to catch birds as they take off, she can reach 2m if really trying. As a result she has a real advantage in a fight, even though she isn't a fighter by nature or practice, Andraste is a ferocious opponent and not one to be tackled lightly because of her size and sharp, long claws not usually found on normal cats. She has an nasty trick of holding victims down with hard back claws and setting about shredding them with combined foreclaws and teeth. Even though she is very agile Andraste has no head for heights and cannot bear to climb very high at all, and prefers to hunt on the ground.
She is a very solitary cat and doesn't trust anybody easily, Andraste has no great blood lust though she has a fiery temper which can and will flare up and consume anybody in the firing line. The golden brown caracel has a high set of standards and morals, she won't lay a claw on anything defenceless that she does not need to eat, this especially includes kits, no matter who's. Andraste is proud and stubborn and will not back down or shy away if insulted and the offending cat will most likely find themself with a shredded nose.
Andraste is originally from Africa, captured and transported 6 moons ago to a large town by aeroplane and then by truck on a road that ran close to the forest where Arrowclan lives . Her cat carrier fell off the back and smashed the door open on the road, the caracel fled into the forest and only now has she wandered near to Arrowclan's territory, recently noticed by the resident rogue group.
