Shinsou sighed as he approached the beach that Izuku had planned their little gathering at that Aizawa had uncharacteristically immediately approved of. Huh. Guess he is a softie after all.
He did have to admit seeing his new parental figure show any hint of emotion was still kind of a shock to him. After all, he'd only really know him as the stoic pro hero, Eraserhead.

Izuku knocked Shinsou into the sand once again, immobilising him on the ground. Shinsou grunted in defeat before taking Izuku's offered hand and hauling himself to his feet.
"That was fun," Izuku commented.
"You've thrown me to the ground like, 4 times now, I think I can see why you find this fun," Shinsou huffed.
"I guess, oh! Could you use your quirk on me?" Izuku asked suddenly.
"Come again?" Shinsou replied in bewilderment, Izuku wanted him to use his quirk on him? Why? How would the other kids react to his villainous quirk? He knew Izuku was different but he wasn't too sure about his newly made friends.
"Relax Toshi, besides I wanna see if I can somehow break out of it," Izuku chirped enthusiastically.
Ojiro looked over to him in confusion, Izuku merely gestured to Shinsou to explain, not wanting to explain his quirk if Shinsou wasn't comfortable with it.
"My quirk is brainwashing," Shinsou stated bluntly, albeit nervously.
Hagakure and Ojiro merely nodded, nothing in their demeanour seemed to change which slightly relaxed the purple-haired boy. Ojiro looked over to Izuku in confusion at Shinsou's reaction.
"Shinsou's used to being teased about how he has a quote on quote, 'villainous quirk', honestly garbage reasoning if you asked me, Shinsou's amazing and I'll beat the shit out of anyone who says otherwise!" Izuku explained.
"I'll join you in that," Ojiro added.
"Same here, I may not know you that well but I can definitely tell you're not a villain, someone shouldn't judge you just because of your quirk!" Hagakure encouraged.
Shinsou smiled softly, clearly not used to the praise.
"Alright, so it is a yes?" Izuku asked again, snapping Shinsou back to his previous request.
"I mean I guess if you're okay with it then I don't see and issue," Shinsou nodded. Honestly, it's not like the police can tell if someone's using a mental quirk, also with quirk usage in public being illegal how do mutant type quirks get treated because you can't really do anything about those?
"What colour's the sky?"
