// It has been 2 weeks already. You and Soyeon are best friend now. She always asks you to join her shopping or eating lunch together. You were happy about it. But there's something that you do not makes you unhappy too. Recently Jungkook has been not around you a lot or should you say avoiding you. You were feeling neglected. What have you done? Is there something wrong? Is Jungkook in trouble? Why cant he tell you his problem if he has one?//

//Lately Jungkook has been come back home late at night sometimes he doesn't even come back home after work and text you saying that he has a lot of work to do at the office and probably will spend the night in his office. Usually, he would come back home after 6 pm but recently he will come back at 12 or 1 in the morning. You are worried if something happens to Jungkook. Something seems off to you.//

//It is Tuesday night when you text Jungkook if he would come back home and have dinner with you at your house. The message has sent for 2 hours now but Jungkook didn't even reply nor read the message. You decided to prepared Jungkook dinner even tho you know that Jungkook will come back home late and probably he already ate dinner with his client or at his office. After a while cooking and preparing the dinner you wait on the couch at the living room for jungkook to come back home. It is already 8 pm you thought to yourself that he already finish his work and on his way to come back home.//

//Hours have passed, you didn't notice yourself that you are sleeping on the couch at the living room because you're waiting for Jungkook to come back home from work. You took your phone and look at the screen clock it states that it's already 12:27 in the morning. You look at the message that you have sent to Jungkook.//

"And he hasn't read my message yet" you sigh.

//You haven't had your dinner yet because you're waiting for Jungkook to have dinner together. It has been days since two of you had dinner together. A few minutes later, you heard a click sound at the front door of your house. Signing that someone has entered the house. You look at the front door and saw Jungkook entering the front door.//

"Jungkook?"

"Oh? Y/n? Why didn't you sleep yet? Its already-
He looks at his watch and continues
12:37 am. Huh?"

"I'm waiting for you to come back home. I thought that we could have dinner together." You say giving him a small smile. Jungkook just looking at floor saying nothing.

"Why didn't you answer my text? Are you really that busy?"

"Oh, I'm sorry my phone battery died," Jungkook says waving his phone in the air.

"Oh...Have you had dinner?" You ask Jungkook. Jungkook then shakes his head signing that he hasn't had his dinner yet.

Your head lit happily!"Great! I haven't had my dinner! Let's have dinner together then! Wait! Let me re-heat the food, I think its already cold! You say. You cant even hide your happiness. It has been a while since you and Jungkook had dinner together.

//Jungkook then took a seat near the kitchen island looking at you fondly trying to re-heat the food that you have prepared. Somehow he does feel bad because you have to wait for him to come back home early. He then walks behind you and wrapped his arms around your waist, his head snuggle to the crook of your neck.//

You were startled by Jungkook action, "Oh. Jungkook?Are you okay? I'm trying to heat the food and prepare it for us." You say trying to break the hug.

But then Jungkook says"Wait, please stay like this for a while...
I-i miss you..."

//You hold the urge to cry, you miss him too. Miss him giving you kisses, missing his giggle, missing his cuddling and missing the 'your Jungkook'.You then put on your hands on his arms hugging him back.//

//After preparing the food for 'dinner', you and Jungkook sat at the dining table and eat the food that you have prepared. Every time you eat your food, you will give glances at Jungkook. Jungkook seems to notice you looking at him//

"Is there something on my face?" Jungkook asks.

You shake your head and say"No, you look fine."

"Oh okay." Then he continued eating his food.

"It's just that-
Jungkook look at you
"It's just that if you have a problem you can always tell me, remember that I will always be by your side no matter how okay?"

Jungkook pov :

//I feel so bad knowing that y/n wait for me to come back home just to have dinner with me. It's true that we haven't had dinner together for a while now. And here we are eating dinner together.//

//She keeps on glancing towards me so I thought that there is something on my face. I ask her if there were something on my face and she shakes her head saying no.//

"It's just that-
I look at her
"It's just that if you have a problem you can always tell me, remember that I will always be by your side no matter how okay?"

//My heart feels hurt hearing what she had said to me. Its makes me feel bad that I wasn't around her a lot these days. Hearing that she will always be there for me makes me feel safe. Yes, I do have a problem . But only if you know what my problems are...
