Raine Waterdove is a Dark Fey, a Tundra Fey to be exact. In an incident Raine gets separated from his friends and family and ends up in a different dimension, a dimension filled with ninja's to be exact.
Raine saw Suigetsu and Suigetsu of course saw him, waving him over, Suigetsu grinned widely. But before Raine could reach him, Sasuke grabbed Raine's upper arm and dragged him away. Both Suigetsu and Raine looked very weirded out, but Sasuke didn't say a word and just continued to drag Raine until they reached a clothing shop.
"You need new clothes" Sasuke muttered and pushed Raine into the shop, where a young girl stood behind the cash register, already ogling at the two males.
Sasuke and Raine paid no mind to her and instead searched for something that would suit Raine. It took a short while, but Raine finally settled on a white yukata.

"Are you satisfied now? Can I finally go and spend time with Suigetsu?" Raine asked, like a child asking their parents persmission to hang out with a friend after their chores are done.
Sasuke glared, but nodded. With that Raine waltzed out of the shop and left Sasuke to pay for his clothing, which he wouldn't wear until tomorrow.
Raine sprinted towards Suigetsu with a large grin, actually dying to take flight and flying around for a while, but his damaged wing said otherwise.
Suigetsu looked like a dog seeing his owner, after the owner came back from work and waved excitedly at Raine. Juugo was also there and waved at Raine, but more like a normal person. Karin was also there, but didn't greet him, instead glare at him irritated.
"So what did Sasuke want you for?" Suigetsu asked curiously. The two of them completely ignored Juugo and Karin as they walked to a nearby cafe, because both Suigetsu and Raine were desperate for some good food.
"Apparently I get to much attention by wearing my traditional clothing, so I had to get new clothes and such. Sasuke's like a mom, he scolded me last night and y'know the best part of it was that he doesn't want me around you" Raine ranted, Suigetsu laughed loudly at Raine's rant, especially the part of Sasuke being a mom.
"Well that's too bad for Sasuke, because I ain't gonna stop being your friend until the end of time!" Suigetsu claimed and wrapped his arm around Raine's shoulders. Neither of them noticed the raging Uchiha watching them from a distance.
Suigetsu however seemed to notice Sasuke watching them just before entering the cafe and decided to mess with him. Opening the door for Raine, he gave Raine a gentle nudge on the butt, before walking after him. Raine looked a bit weirded out, but decided to ignore it.
Sasuke clenched his fists and without noticing it activated his Sharingan out of rage. People stared at him weirdly, but after one look from Sasuke, they quickly went about with their day. Sasuke then proceeded to transform himself into an average joe and enter the cafe.
'Why am I following them?' Sasuke then asked himself, but when he entered the cafe and saw Raine softly laughing at something Suigetsu had probably said, he realized that he couldn't leave Raine alone with Suigetsu.
Sitting down, he politely fake smiled at the waitress and ordered a simple cup of green tea. Whilst waiting for his tea he noticed that a lot of males that were in the cafe were staring at Raine.
Sasuke became a bit agitated, but kept up the act of being a normal civilian ordering a cup of tea at a normal cafe. After receiving his tea, he 'read' one of the many newspapers the cafe had and noticed a small piece on information about the Akatsuki.
Leaving money on the table Sasuke left immediately and once out of the cafe he undid the transformation jutsu, then he stormed back into the cafe and commanded for Raine and Suigetsu to pay for whatever they ordered and to follow him.
Raine and Suigetsu groaned loudly, annoyed at having to leave without even getting to eat, but seeing as Sasuke's word is law, they didn't have a choice. Leaving money on the table, Raine waved the owner bye and Suigetsu dragged him away.
"We're leaving now, I just got a piece of information that could lead us closer to our goal" Sasuke said, speed walking. Karin and Juugo, who were in the distance, knew from the look on Sasuke's face that they had to leave and went to the hotel.
Raine, who didn't actually have anything to pack, waited for them to finish and instead focused on healing his wing. It didn't take long for the three to get everything packed and ready, so after a few minutes, they were on the road again.
Of course, Suigetsu and Raine walked at the back of the group and were talking about who know's what, making Sasuke plainly annoyed and he got even more annoyed when Karin once again latched onto him like a leech.
Juugo on the other hand was quite busy with the birds that had taken it upon themselves to perch on his shoulders. Sasuke's irritation grew worse when he heard loud yelling coming from their right, specifically the yelling of a certain blond Uzumaki.
Before Sasuke could even order the team to either run or hide, the one and only copy cat ninja, Kakashi Hatake jumped about eight meters away from him. Sasuke glared at him harshly and activated his sharingan.
"Juugo take Karin and Suigetsu and get as far away from here as possible, Raine... Just fly off" Sasuke said. Juugo, Karin and Suigetsu immediately left, but Raine was hesitant, his wing was now fully healed, but not having left the ground for a while could have some impact on his flying.
Raine took a deep breath and flapped his wings, coming off the ground.

Both Sasuke and Kakashi were absolutely amazed at what they were seeing, but didn't express it. Sasuke smirked as Raine blew large gusts of wind towards Kakashi, catching him slightly off guard. Raine then flew off, high above the trees, going in the direction of a river he spotted.
There was a nice clearing with a few trees, that's where Raine decided to land. As Raine landed, petals from the flowers, decorating the field, flew up and whirled around him for a bit, before raining down on the field around Raine.
Raine panted softly and gently laid himself down on the field. Not being used to having to fly suddenly after not being able to fly for a while.
"WHO ARE YOU?!" Raine shot up in complete shock at the loud yelling in his direction. Turning to the voice he saw a male around his age, dressed in orange and black. Raine looked at him, feeling like a deer in headlights.
