Lucia's POV:

I thanked god that my morning classes were canceled today, so it just left one ride for the day from him. Putting on a plain gray sweatshirt, I didn't feel like dressing up too fancy. With light lipgloss and a low bun, I headed out the door with my favorite granola bar.

Entering the car, I muttered a 'good morning' as he backed out of the driveway. I then noticed that we both had matching plain gray sweatshirts, but he hand;t mentioned anything about it. I decided not to say anything, and plugged my earphones into my phone to listen to music on the way.

We arrived to school not long after, and I bowed my head saying 'thank you' after getting out of the car, I knew that it would be the last time he would be taking me to school. He nodded his head, getting out of the car as well. We walked silently to the pavillion located in the middle of the school, and parted ways to our different friend groups.

I set my stuff down next to alina and sophia, who were always there earlier. Taehyung,namjoon and jin hadn't arrived, and neither had bella or sammy. "Can you guys come with me to get barbacoa tacos? I don't want to go alone~~" I whined, with pleading eyes. Alina laughed and grasped my hand, while sophia nodded, setting her textbook down as they both stood up. We headed to the breakfast area, discussing the upcoming game and pep rally.

"Are you ready for the pep rally? I'm kind of nervous about the choreo, what if I forget?" I said, grabbing a plate from the side and waiting in line. Sophia laughed, "You'll be fine, you picked up the choreo easily and are one of the best ones there. I still have trouble on the 8 count jump sequence, as well as the hit section." Alina picked out some juices for us and passed it down, "I guess the pep rally can count as a rehearsal before the halftime performance, where there'll be more people watching." We got our tacos and headed back to the pavillion, seeing namjoon and jin sitting there already.

Jin looked up at us from his phone and gasped, "I TOTALLY FORGOT IT WAS TACO DAY! WHY DID NO ONE REMIND ME?!" Sophia looked up from her taco and smirked, "Not out problem." Jin pouted as namjoon laughed. "Are you guys going to the football game today?" I asked, wiping my mouth with a napkin. Namjoon fixed his glasses put his chin on his left hand, "I don't know actually, I hate football games since they're boring, but I want to watch your routine." We all smiled up at him, "Aww joonie! You should come watch us, it'll be worth it." I winked at him, taking a bite of my taco. I only ate half of my taco and passed my plate to jin, who was too lazy to get up and go get himself a taco, and sulking because he was hungry. His face immediately lit up and smiled brightly, "LU! I LOVE YOU!" He said, diving straight into the taco. My nose scrunched at his loud voice, but I just smiled back at him, knowing he was hungry.

Taehyung sat down while jin was devouring his taco, tae giving him a look of disgust. "How can you eat that greasy calorie loaded trash?" He scoffed. Jin glared at him, wiping his hand and cheek that was stuffed like a chipmunk. "Tae, you don't understand the appeal of unhealthy food. we eat it knowing it's bad for us, but it still tastes good." Jin said matter-of-factly. Taehyung gave him a 'wtf' face and then directed his attention to us, who already finished our tacos. "I'm so ready to watch you guys fail at the dance today." He said smirking. I was nearest to him, and I slapped his arm hard, "Shut up, taehyung, you're probably not even going to go to the game." He rubbed his arm in dramatic pain, "Of course I'm going, I have to accompany namjoon as student reps and greet the other school right before they start the game. And I was only joking, you didn't have to hit me that hard." Namjoon stared at him and hit the table, "That's what I was forgetting, thanks for reminding me. So I guess that's a yes, I will be going. I'll stay with jin since I know how much he likes the churros they sell during the game." Jin smiled and patted his back, "You know me so well." He said proudly.
