I am gonna be a bit of a hypocrite on this one. I admit, I used to ship it, and it was my OTP...for less than a week, until I saw some shocking facts that made me feel awful for shipping it.
So let's list the events in sequential order:
*Professor Iidabashi, Kiibo's creator, abuses him physically, emotionally, mentally, AND sexually.
*Miu sexually harasses Kiibo (the maintenance scene).
*Kiibo, believing that the harassment is love, becomes attached to Miu.
Because of past trauma and sexual harassment, this ship is one of the most popular--and toxic--in the series. Not okay at all.
