"Mr.wonka," Charlie said, waiting for a response." Yes" willy replied. " why did you and annie decided to let people in?" Charlie asked.
" we'll so they could see the factory of course," willy replied, surprisingly quickly. " but why now. After all this time?" Charlie asked again.
" what's the special prize and who gets it?" Mike said, causing willy to lose his train og thoughts " the best prize is a suprprize! " willy chuckled.
" will violet always be a blueberry?" Veruca pushed in front of mike.
" maybe" annie replied next to willy trying to hide the smirk on her face.
Willy turned his head and looked at HIS candy queen and smiled.
" We don't know yet, but that's what you get for chewing gum all day it just disgusting." ( i don't even eat gum unless it's mint gum,of watermelon )
" if you hate gum so much then why do you make it?" Mike asked, sounding rather obnoxious. " you know, you should stop mumbling because you're really starting to bum me out."
" do you remember the first candy you ever ate?" Charlie asked, staring up at willy. Willy stared at the wall in front of him. He looked as if he was in deep though, annie tried talking to him but it didn't seem to work. Eventually walked up to him and squeeze his hand softly.
It took willy 3 more minutes to snapped out of his trance. " I'm sorry i was having a flashback" he spoke.
" i see" veruca's father said, pulling veruca further away from i rolled my eyes. " these flashback happen often?" Mr. Teave asked, eyeing mike out if the corner if his eye.
" increasingly today!" Willy let out a little giggle as he picked up his cane and continued to walk. Everyone continued down the hall.
Until they reached a small vault- like door which read:
Nut sorting room
" ah, this is a room i know all about. You see, i myself am in the nut sorting business."Mr.salt says as he pulls what annie assumes to be a business card out of his pocket and hands it to willy, who hands it to annie only for her to throw it behind herself causing willy to stiffle a small laugh.
" are you using the hammermax 4000 to do your sorting?" Mr salt asks, looking straight at willy face." No" willy laugh before saying " you're really weird." Everyone enters the nut room and is greeted by a metal fence with a gate in the middle.
On the other side of the fence were a lot of squirrels bashing and throwing nuts" squirrels!" Veruca exclaims.
" yeah, squirrels these squirrels are speially trained to get the nuts out of shells." Annie states proudly as everyone watches the squirrels in awe.
" why squirrels? Why not use oompa Loompa's?" Mr.salt questions ather a whole of silence." Because only squirrels can get the whole walnut out almost every time. Oh look! See i think that ones a bad nut" annie says pointing to a certain squirrel.
The childisness in her voice made willy mentally melt." Daddy i want a squirrel! Get me one of those squirrels." Veruca exclaims ather observing for a while.
" veruca dear, you have many marvelous pet's" her father tries to convince her otherwise." All I've got at home is one pony and two dog's and four cat's and six bunny rabbits and two parakeets and two canaries and a green parrot and a turtle and a silly old hamster! I want a squirrel." Veruca reports,Charlie looks up at annie and taps her.
She looks at him" that's a lot." He state's, annie just nods" alright pet, daddy will get you a squirrel just as soon as he possibly can."
" but i don't want any squirrel. I want a traind squirrel." Veruca adds" very well, " mr.salt coughs, clearing is troat" mr.wonka, how much do you. Want for one of those squirrels name your price" he says trying to sound appealing.
Willy looks at him confused and slightly shock." Oh they're not for sale. She can't have one" annie replies before willy can " daddy" veruca snaps her head around to face her father with a stern face.
" I'm sorry darling ms. wonka being unreasonable" willy perfectly imitate veruca's father voice. Annie found it lightly amusing and sniggered from the corner
Veruca glared at her and willy smiled at annie a little. Annie smiled causing veruca to turn back around" if you won't get me a squirrel then I'll get me a squirrel, then I'll get one myself" she state's reaching for the metal gate that blocked the staircase from connecting to the outside of the room.
" veruca!" Her father warned willy opened his mouth yo speak but annie beat him to it " little girl" annie said willy stared at her for a moment before snapping back into reality.
" veruca come back here at once!!" Mr.salt shouted as she reached the bottom of the stairs. Veruca approached a small line of squirrels and they all turned to look at her.
" little girl, don't touch those squirrels nuts! It's make them crazy!" Willy exclaimed." I' i'ii have you..." Veruca says to herself as she reaches out to grab the squirrel in front of her. And when she did this happened👇
