"Attention to all trainees. By the end of the first week of December, we will be having our first performance presentation. Everyone will be grouped in tens according to your ranking, therefore there will be 2 groups in each rank. For the remaining S and X rank trainees, the other 32 trainees that left for recording is already told about what we are going to do next. Worries assured," the speakers that are installed at the lobbies of each apartment rang, the voice that spoke carried out what's written out of the trainee evaluation schedule, "Regarding your performances, you will be doing a sing and dance cover of an artist of your choice. You are free to use your own creativity, whether you make your own rendition of the song or whatsoever. This will serve as your first evaluation, determining who will and who won't be able to continue to the next evaluations. Guidelines will be announced later on. Again, First Performance Evaluation by the end of December's first week, two teams of 10 from each ranking, a total of 10 groups. You may start formulating from now on. Good luck, trainees."
"Geez I'm really not feeling well since the day we got here," stated Jezryll, one of the rank C trainees, as he made a slight shiver, now seated at one of the sofa in the lobbies as the rest of the top 11 to 20 trainees of the rank gathered around to brainstorm their performance.
"Same here. And that video sent last night? It's getting me on the nerves," Cassy said as she sat on the sofa as well, crossing her legs, "I'm not opening my phone for now."
"It's really weird though. The staffs are too calm about it," Froilan stated as he scrolled on his phone, opening the browser to look for some references, "Nevertheless, I'll look for some references first for our performance. We can't afford to stay here."
"Right," Niah said as she took a sip from a canned soda, "But probably the management did something about it already. Everyone's too calm."
"Yeah but still I doubt it. One of the rank X trainees hasn't been found yet," Cassy muttered, "What's his name again? Yuvin? Yuan? Yeah, I guess it's Yuan."
"Yuvin is another trainee, Cassy," Hannah muttered, stuffing herself with a soft pillow in her stomach, "From rank X."
"Fine, Ms. Knowsmore," Cassy hissed jokingly as she hugged a pillow as well.
"Excuse me? I'm Vanellope from Sugar Rush," Hannah gave Cassy a stern look, acting to be provocative.
"And Jaime is Wreck-it-Ralph!" they both shouted in chorus, laughing their stomachs out.
"Hey! I'm not fat like Ralph!" Jaime protested, shouting himself from the kitchen as they finished their dishes from breakfast.
"We didn't say you're fat. You're strong like him," Hannah leaned her back against the sofa, eyeing the taller guy that was approaching them.
"I don't know if that's a compliment or not, whatever it is. I'm not taking it," said Jaime as he sat on the floor, opening his laptop that was used to play films since this morning, "Hey Froilan or anyone of you, tell me if you have found something. I'll try decrypting it out into bits so that we could produce the midi out."
"Sure," the latter replied, eyes still focus on the phone screen.
"Why? Aren't you gonna fight me, big guy?" Hannah leaned nearer Jaime, slightly poking his arms, "Those biceps aren't that big though."
"Don't try me, mademoiselle. You're lucky I don't fight girls," Jaime faced Hannah and looked at her in the eyes, his eyes slowly trailing down to who-knows-where.
