3 • Confess

The girls all looked at Mina with wide eyes. Jirou, usually the first to make some sort of comment, was left speechless. Not even Tsu could speak.

"What..?" Mina asked.

"Isn't Kirishima gay?" Hagakure asked quickly.

"Yeah, he likes Bakugo doesn't he?" Momo followed quickly after.

"No! No no no. He is straight. He likes someone else though." Mina says quietly, a soft smile on her face.

"How do you know?" Ochaco asked.

"He told me earlier this evening. He likes someone and hopes to get with them soon." Mina speaks softly.

"If he didn't specify who he liked, and he is straight, then it could be you!" Jirou shouts playfully. "Go talk to him before it's too late!"

"Okay okay! But, I'll talk to him tomorrow.." Mina trails off.

"I hate to say it, but Jirou is right with this. You should do it right away." Tsu said a little hesitantly.

Mina only sighed, before standing up.

"What about the sleepover?" She asked.

"Don't worry about us, girl!" Hagakure encouraged. "Go get him!"

"Okay. Thanks ladies! See you all soon!"

Nervous. That's all Mina was at this moment. Nervous.

What if he doesn't like me back? What if he is in a relationship now? Am I too late? Maybe I should turn around bef-

"Mina! Hey!" A familiar voice shouted quietly from the end of the hall. Mina looked up and saw Kirishima.

"Hey, Kiri. What's up?" She replies shakily. "You all good?"

"Yeah! You know me, always good and stuff." He was sweating, and a little shaky. "I was uh, just with the boys, and they thought it best for me to talk to you about something.."

Mina's heart began beating quick. Her eyes widening a little.

Just like me with the girls..

"Anyway, what are you doing wandering around? I though you were having a sleepover thing?" He asked.

"Funny thing, they told me to talk to you too, about something.." She added.

Kirishima started to shake a little more, rubbing his hands together.

[In unison] "I li-"

"You first." Mina said immediately.

"No no, please. You go." Kiri insisted.

"Well, you see, we've known each other for a long time now, and you really get me, and I think you're really cute, and-"

Kirishima stepped forward, pressing his lips against Mina's.
