Jess' P.O.V.

Leah got to my house in about ten minutes. We mainly sat around while she asked questions about me and Nash. I answered normally until one made me laugh.

"So," she said with a funny grin on her face, "have you guys, you know."

I started to laugh, and so did she.

"I'm serious though," she said after a minute.

"Well, I guess I can trust you with it. Yes, we did," I said.

Her mouth dropped and I knew my cheeks were bright red.

"Can we please talk about something else now?" I asked.

"Yea," she said.

She looked over at the clock and her eyes widened.

"Holy shit it's 5 o'clock!" She yelled.

"Then let's start getting ready!"

She stood up and walked over to my huge closet. She looked through all of my clothes until she found a dark red dress that stopped mid-thigh. I stood up and changed into it.

We walked into the bathroom and she plugged in a curling iron. After it heated up enough, she began to twirl my hair into the wand and style it.

She was finished with my hair within twenty minutes, and then she started in my makeup.

"I don't like wearing a lot of makeup," I told her.

She nodded her head and began to apply mascara on my eyelashes. She looked back and smiled. She did my eyeliner and lipgloss and let me look in the mirror.

I stood there and looked at my reflection. For once, I actually felt beautiful. I've never liked myself or the way I looked, but now, I don't know what it was. I just love myself more than I ever thought I would.

"We need to grab shoes," she said.

She walked back into my closet and looked through my shoes. She found a pair of black heels that strap around my ankles and had gems up the sides.

I slipped them on, and walked over to sit on the bed. It was already 6:47 and I was getting nervous. I guess Leah could tell.

"Why are you so scared? You guys have been on dates before," she said.

"I know, but we've never been on a real serious date," I said, looking up at her.

"Everything will be okay," she said.

We heard a doorbell, and I stood up.

Leah ran down the stairs screaming, "I got it!"

I laughed quietly to myself. I grabbed my phone and my small wallet thing. I put my phone in there and began to walk out my bedroom door. I stood at the top of the staircase.

I heard low voices talking, and someone finally called my name. Before I took my first step, I pulled out my glasses, and put them on my face.

I walked down the stairs and saw Nash. He was wearing dress pants and a nice shirt with his favorite hoodie he always wears.

He looked perfect.

Nash's P.O.V.

I was standing there, nervously awaiting for Jess to come down the stairs. She finally came all the way down, and I could've sworn that I fell in love all over again. She looked so beautiful.

I swear, I must've been the luckiest guy on Earth to be able to call her mine. She was breath taking, and I was blessed.

She stopped at the end of the stairs, and looked at me. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. I walked over to her, and smiled.
