Prologue

Nuno Silva - Born in Portugal on July 23th 2018. He lived his childhood with his father and mother. When he turned 6, his parents decided to home school him since the nearest school was 45 km away. Due to the lack of school friends, he spent most of his time hanging out with the neighbors' kids and some kids who lived in an orphanage nearby. All of them would become great friends, many of whom considered Nuno's parents their own parents.

Johnny Zhao - Born in China on November 7th 2011. He lived a typical life and came out as an excellent student. As he finished his school years, his parents made him join the military, something he enjoyed very much. He also was an extremely competent and skilled pilot, which granted him the role of Captain of the 23th Squad of the Elite Chinese Air Force.

Kira Torres - Born in Catalonia on February 2nd 2014. She lived a somewhat weird childhood since her parents were government agents who worked for the Spanish Republic before the fascist party took over. Her father was a mayor in a small town in Catalonia. Both him and Kira's mother were independence activists. As the Empire started to take a hard approach on Catalan people and suppressing independence activists, the Emperor ordered an immediate termination of Kira's parents. Her parents were able to protect her from the Empire forces but were taken away to an unknown location. She was given as missing/dead after a while. She would be left with her two brothers Adrià and Robert.

Patrick Christiansen - Born in Denmark on December 14th 2013. His father was a lieutenant in the Danish army, while his mother was an accountant. He lived a normal life except his father always taught him how to survive in the wild and how to use a variety of guns. If there was anyone who was ready for what was coming it was Patrick.

Dr. Bartolomeo Trentini - Born in Italy on January 29th 1995. Bartolomeo lived a normal childhood, while coming out as a great student. He then went to university where he got his
masters degree in Biology. He was awarded a big lab where he and his team researched genetic modification with the intentions of improving farming in order to make it more sustainable and efficient. He wasn't expecting what would be done with his research.

Catarina Athena - Born in Portugal on August 15th 2013. She lived a normal childhood and came out as good student. She always wanted to do something related to the secrets services and when she was only 19 years old she tried to get into Agência de Informação Portuguesa (AIP) or Portuguese Intelligence Agency (PIA). After a first failed attempt she
was finally accepted and learned a lot there. She would become crucial in Modern Warfare. A mix of these skills and a very strong nationalism, would turn her into an important figure in
the war that was coming.

Zac Peña Claybrooke - Born on March 23th 2018 from an American mother and an Venezuelan father, Zac lived surrounded by crime, drugs, money and women. His dad became a drug lord on Venezuela after creating the Cartel of Maturín but expanded his
empire to the USA and Europe. The exact amount of money his family possessed was unknown but it is known that each day the family could have around 1,5 million bolivars in
profit. When Zac was 17, his dad got shot by the venezuelan police when he was trying to escape. Her mother was caught short after by the DEA and he was left alone. However due to his age and the knowledge of the drugs empire, he was named as the leader of the cartel of Maturín. After some instability in Venezuela, a new government, which was in favor of US operations in Venezuela, was elected. The influence of Zac inside the government became
short and that interfered with his operations inside and outside of the US. The non-stopping manhunt of him and his cartel lead to his exile from Venezuela and he and his cartel started a new base of operation on Morocco, which allowed him to continue his business in Europe
but not in the USA.

Francisco Sánchez - Born in Spain on an unknown date. His father was the leader of one fascist party in spain. He raised Francisco alone and punished him harshly for any minor infraction. The death of his father led to the rising popularity of Sánchez. And after a mix of bad economy and political instability, the party of Sánchez won the elections and took all power for themselves. As he was named Emperor, Spain lost the Republic in its name and changed it to Empire. His arrival to power left the whole world shaking.

November 1st 2035 would be called the Dark Day in the future. On this day, Emperor Francisco Sánchez declared war on France and ordered a full invasion with 3 Million men,
almost as big as the german invasion of the USSR in 1941. Many people questioned this invasion as France was a difficult target and had a lot of European troops stationed there,
however everything would become clear a bit later. Europe wasn’t expecting what was coming and nobody thought it would escalate as much as it did.
