(Yuu's POV)

slowly opening my eyes, I managed to look towards the windows, noticing that it was dark out. How long was I asleep for..? About to move from my spot, I noticed that I was, well, laying on someone's lap.. Mika's to be exact. My face started heating up, while I tried to perform words that couldn't leave my mouth. 

I quickly got off his lap and moved away from Mika's sleeping form. Looking at his face, he looked so peaceful.. like nothing in the world could hurt him. His breathing never hitched, but very smooth. His head was tilted to the side, and his lips were slightly parted. They somewhat took on a pastel pink shape.

Quickly slapping myself in the face, I gasped. What the hell am I thinking?!

"Seem's like someone's finally awake." I quickly snapped my head around to the person who had spoken, which was Rene. "What time is it..?" quickly asking, I shuffled to get off the couch, and towards the kitchen where Rene stood. He shrugged at my response. "Probably around three am, I didn't really check."

"Oh. Why are you still awake then? I thought everyone would be asleep by now, you know, normal people?" I spoke, rubbing my arm that felt numb from sleeping on it. Rene turned to head towards the fridge and opened it, sighing quietly. "I was just hungry. Lacus brought over take out by the way. It's in the microwave. He didn't want to wake you because, and from his excuse, was sleeping peacefully."

I nodded as I walked over to the microwave, opening the box and noticing that sure enough, the food laid there. Pulling out the bag of food, I set it down on the counter and began taking the food out of it. I had asked Rene where the plates were and he quickly got me one, soon putting the food back in the microwave heat it up, and staying there for a few minutes just so the beeping wouldn't wake anyone up.

"Is Lacus asleep too?" I asked, fiddling with my fingers as I waited for a response. Rene just shook his head and pulled out a bottle of what looked like red wine. Before he closed the fridge, he replied. "He's out having a meal." - "This late?" I questioned, tilting my head. He shrugged and drank a little of the bottle, which the liquid looked like it was slowly going into his mouth as if the liquid was thick. So I guess it isn't red wine after all.

Rene lowered his bottle and slowly shoved it in my direction, which confused me. "Want to try it?" I blinked a few times before speaking. "You sure it's alright? It's your drink." 

"It's fine with me, you may not like it tho." He spoke, in which I grabbed the bottle with a smug on my face. "Alright bet." I began to chug a little of the bottle, only to immediately retract it from my face and give Rene back his bottle. I tried to swallow the liquid, which only made me wanna throw up. After swallowing the red liquid, I gasped for air. "Oh god, you were right.."

Coughing a few times, I looked at Rene. "What the hell was that? It tasted like blood." I muttered, trying to wipe my face of any liquid that came out of my mouth. Rene began drinking the bottle without hesitation, before finally putting it down on the counter. "It's supposed to taste like blood, that's the whole point."

I looked at him with wide eyes, before covering my mouth. "I have no idea how you're able to drink that without choking on it." giggling out my response, I became quiet when I heard shuffling. We both quieted down when we noticed Mika standing up from the couch, stretching his arms. 

My face grew red as I remembered that I had accidentally slept on his lap. I tried to cover my face as Mika entered the kitchen, rubbing his eyes like a child. He covered his mouth as a yawn escaped when finally noticing Rene and I both in the kitchen. I turned my body away, continuing to cover my red-covered face. I could feel Mika's eyes staring at the back of my head.
