My Fake Dad's Daughter Pt.2

Jaeden's POV

We were going to the after party, after watching 2 episodes of defending jacob, well i didn't watch much because I was staring at y/n the whole time, she's really pretty, and we also talked a bit, i don't know what but something about her made me feel different, like she gives me butterflies and stuff, wich is extremely weird, since I met her like 2 hours ago,  maybe it's just because she's my age and most of the people here are like in their 30's it has to be that, if it's not that then chris it's most likely gonna kill me.

Your POV

I was heading to the limo with my dad to go to the after party. I hoped in the limo and when i sat i let out giggle "What's so funny?" my dad asked "nothing" i said, still smiling, i just remebered some silly joke jaeden told me, such a dork.

"so... did you get along with jaeden?" my dad asked "mhm" i said pressing my lips against the other and fidgeting with my hands, I felt my dad looking at me, so i looked up, and there he was, giving me some weird look (in a good way) "what?" i asked  "nothing" he said and looked away smiling.

Moments later we got to where the after party was (see how idk shit abt this:/) my dad and I stepped off the car and made our way there, it was a room very decorated.

The moment I got there I started looking for jaeden, I couldn't find him, then I felt a tap on my shoulder and turned around, and there he was.
"H-hey" he stuttered "hey! I was looking for you!" I said with a bit too much confidence "so was I" he said, and like one second later a slow song started I playing (ok but like sometimes a bit of a cliche ain't so bad) and we both looked at the dance floor, I saw that everyone was picking up a partner to dance "m'lady" Jaeden said (imagine him doing that thingy when he kinda kneels and does the hand thing do yk what I mean? Ugh whatever just keep reading)
He then leads me to the dance floor, he puts his hands on my waist and I put mine around his neck, we start dancing, looking at each others eyes, that moment, was absolutely magical, It just felt right, gosh this sound like a cliche but that's what it was.
