Your POV

It was a regular night, i was in my phone, getting caught up on insta when someone called me, Jaeden?

"Hey Jae, how you doing" i said, "i'm great. um.. y/n, I have a surprise for you" he said, and I laughed "how could you surprise me if you are in another city filming?" I asked, very confused, "your answer is downstairs" he said, I was very confused, anyway, I got up from bed and made my way downstairs, and there he was, Jaeden Martell, my best friend since I have memory, and well, kinda my crush too. "OMG JAE!!" I ran towards him and embraced him in a huge hug, that lasted for what seemed like hours but then we both pulled away, "i have missed you so much" he said god I missed looking directly at those eyes, that face, "me too, mom did you know about this" i said turning to face my mom, she just smiled.

*time skip to your room*

we were up at my room, just getting caught up on everything that has happened, he was gone for 6 fucking months, I missed him so much.

Jaeden's POV

"and how about you, what have you been up to in this past 6 months, are you dating someone or something like that?" i said, we were just talking about everything, and i loved this, i loved spending time with her, I really hoped, that her answer was no, because if she is dating someone that would break my heart, you know, I kinda like her, I mean, how couldn't I. I realized that because, well we're besties, and we spend A LOT of time together, and I guess that's how i developed a crush on her, but she probably doesn't feel the same. "no, actually, I do have an eye on someone, you know but we have this really cute friendship, and I don't want to ruin it if he doesn't feel the same way" she said, I shouldn't have had my hopes up, I mean, look at her, and then look at me, she's fucking perfect. "y/n.. he would be extremely stupid not to like you back, I mean look at you, you're gorgeus, I guess.. that you should tell him how you feel" I said, this just breaks my heart, but her happiness comes first, "ok, well, i've been meaning to tell you this for a while now, but i really like you, like, a lot, and i was so afraid to tell you because I didn't want this to ruin our friendship" she said, god that guy is totally gonna like her, this actually sounded as if she was telling this to me "wow, that was really good, now go to his house and tell him" I said, and she just laughed, what was she laughing at "I just told him" she said, how was that possible, I've been with her this hole time "but when was that" I said, "dork, you're the guy" she said, I was certain that this was such a prank "yeah right and miley cyrus is a nun" i said "oh, really then she is actually a nun" she said and she pulled me by the collar of my shirt, and then smashed her lips into mines, i was completely shocked, we kissed for like 15 seconds and then she pulled away "God, you don't know how much i have been waiting for this" I said and pulled her back in, she smiled in the kiss.

I was certain that that was the best day of my life.
