Tori's POV
It had been a normal day at school. But of course, Sikowitz always had his ways of making things interesting. He came in through the window, then said we had to do a kissing scene with a partner. He put all our names in a box and if someone got your name before you got to pick, they were your partner. He went around the room randomly, making kids pick out names. I was nervous about this project. Why?, you ask, because I was in the same class as Jadelyn West. Jade didn't like me, as far as I knew, but I had mixed feeling about her. I wanted to impress her, spend time with her, none of which I ever got to do, since she hated me. I thought he was coming for me next, I started getting nervous. Thankfully he didn't, but as I turned around I realized who was picking next: Jade.
Jade's POV
Sikowitz was making us pick a partner for the kissing scene assignment, and even though I didn't let it show, I was nervous. You see, sitting a few rows in front of me was the most beautiful, brown-eyed brunette I had ever seen. Not that I'd let her know that I thought she was beautiful. I thought Cat, the red head sitting next to me, was going to pick next, but no, Sikowitz was coming for me. I told myself I was overreacting as I reached into the box, but when I opened the piece of paper in my hands, I saw it. "Tori Vega" it said.
