Chloe had brought the girls to the LAPD for Dan to look after them. She had told Dan that Grace was the neighbors daughter that she was taking care of while they were away. Dan was wrapping up some paperwork while Chloe had just gotten back from a case. Trixie and Grace were hanging out in the conference room, seeing it was empty and had glass walls for Dan to easily watch them while still at his desk.
Chloe entered the room to see Grace and Trixie playing thumb war. "Trixie can you leave me and Grace for a little bit?"
"Ok, good luck" she whispered to Grace
"Go sit with your dad, ok sweetheart" Chloe said as Trixie left the room and Chloe pulled up a chair. "What were you doing?! How could you be so reckless, your just like your father!" Chloe stated.
"Can you just tell me where he is already? Is he in prison? Did you lock him up? Is he dead?"
"More like out of town...for a while"
"Ahh I see...he's running away from the cops"
"No just out of town...he was my partner" she said hesitantly
"Look, you know; I'll just go. And when he comes back, I'll come back in town. I've waited my whole life, what's a little more?" Grace said as she grabbed her stuff and ran.
After Grace had left the LAPD Ella had come into the room. "Who was that? Not that it's any of my business."
"That was Lucifer's daughter"
"I didn't know Lucifer had a kid!"
