I just woke up in the middle of the damn night, another damn nightmare, I couldn't take it anymore.

I went into the kitchen, wrote a note and left it on the counter, ran outside, got into my ship and flew off, away from earth.

With lapis

I woke up because I heard a ship taking off.

Lapis: Zach, what was that?

No response.

I get out of bed and go into the kitchen, I spot a note, I read the note and quickly call Steven, Stella, and blue.

Blue, Steven, and Stella barge in.

Steven: lapis, what's wrong!

I hand them the note.

Note: dear lapis, Steven, Stella, and mom, as you are reading this, I am off world, I have no idea when I will return, if i will return at all, I've failed all of you, I'm so sorry.

I look up to see my kids, lapis, Steven, stella, and my momma blue rushing over to me.
