family vs family

(A/N): a few things before you read, I got the idea for this AU skit when I was walking over to the store, listening to natural by imagine dragons, also in this skit my gem is a green diamond, I'm the son of yellow and blue diamond, this takes place during the crystal ball where Steven and connie fused in front of the diamonds.

My POV

I'm watching from my perch above the dance floor in the ball room, my momma blue and mommy yellow said auntie pink is finally coming home.

But who I saw wasn't auntie pink, it was a human boy who has her gem.

I phase my secret guardian armor on, I notice the hybrid boy and a human girl holding hands, spinning around, and I saw them fuse.

I knew what my mommy yellow was going to do, I jumped down as my mommy yellow's hand starting glowing, I summoned my sentinel shield and blocked, emitting my banner, saving my fellow hybrid, a fusion of a ruby and sapphire, and a fusion of a pearl and amethyst.

"It's the rebel, scarlett Void!" A random gem yelled.

My momma blue and mommy yellow are looking dead at me.

"Scarlett void, we meet at last." Yellow spoke.

I start laughing.

"What's funny?" Blue asked.

I look at them.

"You say 'we meet at last' but we've already met, you two pretty much raised me." I told them as I phased off my helmet and start to glow with a green aura.

Not looking away from my two giant guardians.

"Stevonnie, garnet, opal, get back to pink's leg ship." I told them.

"How, garnet and opal are able to be destabilized!" Stevonnie asks.

I phase a dual shotgun mod and dual crossbow over to garnet and opal.

"Now go, get to the ship, I'll be right behind you!" I ordered them.

They leave.

"Zach, how could you do this to us, we raised you, protected you, gave you a home and family!" Blue yelled.

"Because what the diamond authority is doing is wrong, WE AREN'T CREATING LIFE FROM NOTHING, WE'RE ENDING ANOTHER SPECIES EXISTENCE FOR OUR OWN KIND, AND I WON'T STAND BY ANY LONGER AND LET THIS CONTINUE!" I yell.
