When my house came into view, I couldn’t help but feel nervousness in my body. Not only will have to will have to tell Lilly’s dad that I am his daughters mate but I also have to tell my father. I saw that my father was home and someone else was here by the car parked in front of the house. I started to get suspious and quickly went into the house without trying to look desperate.
I opened the door and was greeted to the sound of my dad’s husky voice and another husky deep voice. I followed the voices and ended up in front of my dad’s office. I knocked once on the door and my dad told me to come in. When I entered my dad was standing up propped up against his desk with another male sitting on a chair near him.
When I walked in the male on the chair stood up and held out his hands for me to shake it. I shock it firmly and knobbed my head for respect. “Nice to meet you sir.” I stated politely not knowing what else to say. “No need for formality’s you just can call me Bob.”
I turned my gaze back to my father. “Am I disturbing something?” My father walked up to me and shocks his head. “No son, we were just finished, but Bob we can finish this tomorrow.” He gave Bob one last look and Bob left the room leaving me and my dad alone.
He walked back to his desk and started to mess with papers. I sat down by his desk and crossed my arms. “Dad I wanted to tell you something.” He didn’t look up from his work when he answered me. “Go ahead son explain.” I cleared my throat. “I found my mate.” He stops what he was doing and gave me a happy look.
“This is good! Where is she when will I be able to meet her?” I smiled at how much my mate is going to be loved. “Well she isn’t here right now, she is home sleep.” He gave me a shock impression. “You left her alone? I remember when I first found out your mom was my mate, not once did I want to leave her side.”
“Trust me, I didn’t want to either but I had to come back and get some clothes to wear for tomorrow, I just came here to tell you that.”
“Son is there something you’re not telling me, I see it, it’s written all over your face.” I stared at him; I shouldn’t be surprised that he figured it was more to it. “Well yea, you see my mate is only 6 years old.”
His face went into shock. “Wow younger than I thinking. Son do you know what this means?” I became to come full alerted. I shook my head. “When a mate as a miner a very young minor as a mate, that means something good, I have to look up upon that but from what I heard that is something very good but bad at the same time.”
I stood up quick at that last comment. I didn’t like to think of my mate being in danger, if anyone tried to put her in danger I KNOW I would kill them without hesitation. “What’s that supposed to mean?” He stood up also and came around my way. “It means try to keep your mate a secret until she is old enough to defend for herself. Rogues will try to take her sensing that is an Alpha’s weakness, their mates. So until then I suggest you try not to show her off to the world.”
It angered me that the rogues would try to stoop so low and go after my mate. I wouldn’t let anyone near her that I know for certain she really doesn’t know or I certainly don’t know. If it all comes down to that I would kill for her, if so I would die for her. I wanted to me with my mate right now so I slowly stalked towards the door. Before I left I turned around to look at my father.
“No one will harm her, if they do, they will have to face me and I don’t think no one wants to face an anger Alpha, especial when our pack is the strongest of them all.” My dad smiled and came to me. “That’s the spirit but I would love to meet her, bring her over here sometime. I am pretty sure your mother and sister would love to meet her. Also the pack but we will wait till she’s a little older.”
“Sure I will bring her here first thing tomorrow morning, tell mom and Rachael I will be here tomorrow with my mate.” He patted my back and said his good byes. I walked to my room and started to grab the things I will need. When I was done I shifted into my wolf and jumped out my window and headed to Ana’s house to see my mate.
I formed back and put on my gym shorts and left my chest bare. I walked into the house and saw Eric kissing all up on some random chick. They didn’t hear me enter so their kissing didn’t stop. I dint like the fact that they were in my mate’s home kissing like that. Lilly could have woken up and walked into this.
I walked up to them and pushed their heads away. “Go get a room and Eric did Lilly wake up at all while I was gone?” They both ground and seemed mad that I interfered with their intercourse. “No she is still sleeping but her mother left with mate Bob not too long ago. They might not be back till late.”
That’s when I remember Bob he was the man that was in my father’s office. Wow to say I was scared would be an understatement. He looked intimidating; I wonder if he would accept that I am his daughters mate. “Oh, I met him not to long ago but he doesn’t know I am Lilly’s mate, yet. But tomorrow I have a big day ahead of me. So I will see you in the morning.”
I left the room and entered my mate’s room. She looked so peaceful. Her air conditioner was on high her room was dark lite only by her night light and she had the covers up to her shoulders with her hair trifled. That only made her look more irresistible.
I went up to her a kissed her forehead. She stirred in her sleep. I can’t get her off my mind. I will always be there for her even if that means to be a friend. I frowned at that. Then that brought up the issue today with my father. I would kill anyone that tries to take her away from me.
I laid a blanket on to the floor near her bed and fell asleep with my mates beautiful face on my mind. This is the first time I feel asleep in a loving mood. Even when I was with April, I never felt like this towards her. To be honest with you, she was just another fuck. I turned over and for the first time in my life felt like my life was now worth living.
