Weeks have passed and had been spending it all with my mate unless if I am at school or I have to attend Pack meetings. For me School is official over so now I could spend more of my days with Lilly but Lilly since Lilly attends a Ballet, those are the times we sometimes aren’t together. I love watching her mingle with her other little friends she has.
For a 6 year old she sure can move her little body all over the place, and don’t get me started with how energetic she has been. At first she has been very quiet with me for as she hardly yet new me, but now that she sees I am going to be a face she is going to see more often, she has been a pain in the ass, in the good way.
She always has something up her sleeve. That’s what I love about her, every time we are together, there’s never an awkward moment or the atmosphere is never boring. She has made a big change in my life. I used to be stuck up and only focused my mind on me and April’s relationship but ever since I met Lillyana, it’s like I can be more freely with everyone and be less dense.
Speaking of April, I haven’t heard of her since the day I was signing for my high school diploma. Even though I don’t hear from her, I still keep a watch out, you never know. It’s now December and there’s nothing but pure white snow covering the streets floor and peoples yard.
I am standing in front of Lilly’s bedroom door waiting for her to come out of her room. She locked herself up in her room ever since she found out that her dad won’t be able to attend her Winter Ballet Seidal because he has a meeting to attend at his Law firm.
“Please Lillyana let me in, I will take you to the skating rink after your seidal.” I heard her sniff and I wanted to knock this door down and take her in my arms so her tears could go away. But I knew if I did that, I would just scare her.
“I want to go either way if he doesn’t come but I want my daddy to come see me dance, he never once comes to any of my seidals.” I turned my head and looked at her father who was looking down on the floor with a sad face.
As much as I hate to admit, her father has never once been to any of her seidals, even the practices. I mean I am not even her father and I always go. I know I am her mate and I am kind of obligated to go but he’s her father, he should show her that he cares.
He always tries to make it up to her by trying to buy her gifts but little does he know it’s not the presents he gives her, it’s more of the presence of his essence. It angers me that he can’t at least step up to my mate. “Well, it’s no use, you know girls, and they will never give up unless they have it their way. I think you should talk to her.” He knobbed his head and began to knock on the door.
I left them alone and made my way to the kitchen to grab a snack to eat when I heard Ana crying softly. I dint want to be nosey but I just couldn’t help it. I slowly walked up near against the corner of the wall and zoned into her conversation.
“Listen, I know he is! I saw him with my own two eyes. How can he do this to? Especially to his own daughter.” She cried through the phone. I became alert when I heard she was talking about Lilly. If she’s involved then I am involved as well.
“Because, he called me another girls name in bed last night.” She continued.
I dint want to hear in after she said that, I dint want to imagine her and Bob snuggled up together and being very touchy, it almost made me want to gag to myself, but I held it in and listened for a couple of minutes till I got the information I was looking for. “My name is as simple as it is spelled. My name is Ana not Daniela. Like really, how do you get those to names mixed up?”
“I don’t know, but I know for a faced he is cheating on me, I can feel it. Every night when he says he is working late I know it is a lie. One time he told me he was going to get me some soup from the Wawa and didn’t come back till the next day.”
