Y/N's POV

"Y/N! Y/N!! wake up!" the ash-blond said while shaking my body. I then try to open my eyes as I see in a white bed with a white sheet, I was wearing a weird looking clothes. Eventually I could open my eyes as I see I was at the hospital laying down on the bed.

"Sir, please stop!" As a nurse was trying to stop hawks from shaking me.

"Y/N you're awake!" Hawks was hugging me as I felt a throbbing pain in chest.

I was coughing beautiful roses out of my mouth, what was happening? Was I dying? No, it couldn't be that. Then again I felt another pain in my chest as I was coughing up more flowers

"Y/N?" "Why are you coughing flowers?-" "Sir, please get away from the patient" After everyone got calm the doctor explained what happened to you. He said I have a disease called a hanahaki disease. He explained what was going to happen if I was not cautious. He was talking about how I fell in love , and if I didn't tell then I would have a high chance of dieing.

If you don't know what hanahaki disease(花吐き病) is, let me explain. It is a fictional disease where the victim of unrequited or one-sided love begins to vomit or cough up the petals and flowers of a flowering plant growing in their lungs, which will eventually grow large enough to render breathing impossible if left. So if you wanna live you have to confess your love to the person that you fell in love with.

If you don't you eventually start to not breathe and might die. Even tho this is a legend I still think it was real back in the days of Japan.

Hawks POV

"How did this happen..." Y/N said "Who did I fall in love with?" I could finally go in and see Y/N see was looking better than before but still coughing the roses from her mouth. "It might have been falling in love accidentally we still can't figure out why" the doctor said as he was checking his board.

"Y/N~chan I was so worried about you!" A girl with glasses came in and hugged her. She looked like Y/N~chan. "Umm, excuse me, but aren't you the number 2 hero hawks?" The girl said turning to see me with a soft smile.

"Wait, Y/N you didn't tell me you were lesbi-" Endeavor walked in with a couple of nurses whispering to each other.He was glaring at me, He looked scary as usual. "Aren't you going to finsh the sentence Hawks?" his voice stiffening when he said my name.

"Y/N, how are you doing" with a cold glare on his face. "Why are you here old man?" "I got a call from the hospital so I came to check" "Tchh, You came in here to check bahabahbahhab bullshit"

"Y/N!!" "language" the girl with glasses said

"Wait,how did you get here?" Y/N was pointing at me, " I was recovering from that battle we had that afternoon" I said with my a smile on my face "Oh" Y/N said, she wasn't that surprised huh.

Someone's POV

It was nighttime

it was peaceful

There were stars laying on the beautiful sky

Y/N went up to the roof to see the stars was waiting for her

Oh god see saw a red winged bird talking to a burned skin man
