Thomas' Pov

"Did you see her face?" a girl asked her two friends, walking out of the building. I ignored them untill i heard them say Adison's name.

"She acts all tough. If she was that tough she wouldnt cry that easily. She'll never go near that new kid Jake if she knows whats good for her".

Jake opened the door to get out. "What are you doing" i asked him. He kept getting out, but stopped to say "defending a friend".

Jake's Pov

I walked over to the three girls i had a couple classes with. One of them whispered to the one who said she made Adison cry and looked my way.

"Jake, is it" she said "hi im Chelsea" she said flipping her dyed blonde hair over her shoulder.

"Did i hear you say you made Adison cry" I said leaning against the tree she was on. I leaned so close our noses brushed and i was holding back a gag from her perume or whatever she decided to dump on herself today.

She bit her lip "Oh are you talking about that loser eighth grader?" she laughed "Yeah we were just talking to her and she cried like that" she said snapping her fingers "We just told her she didnt have a chance with you and that she should stay away from you".

Thats when i lost it. I lost the act i put up to get her to tell the truth. I lost my smirk. I lost my temper.

"How dare you" i growled out. Her face turned to shock. "You make me sick treating people like that. Dont ever ever talk to anybody like that. Actually dont talk to me or Adison period or I'll make sure you regret. Got it?"

Her mouth was open as she slightly nodded.

"Good" i said walking back to the car.

A car pulled in that they jumped into.

Not much longer Aaliyah came in carrying a puffy faced Adison.

Aaliyah's Pov

How could they do that's to my sister. I pulled her to my chest. "Its okay" I whispered. Next time just stand up for yourself or at least walk away. Just dont listen to them. She nodded her head still on my chest.
