"Normal"

'Thoughts'

It was a wonderful day. The sun is shining beautifully and casting warm and comfortable rays through the windows and into his skin. The sky is blue with the fluffy and white clouds passing by now and then. All in all it was a pretty normal and wonderful day.

It's been five years since he escaped from that hell hole. Now here he was, in most favorite place in the world. The library.

You might question how he escaped his 'beloved' relatives clutches? Simple really'

When Death returned the next morning as he promised, together with his other five companions and saw little Harry doing household chores he exploded. The others; Merlin, Godric, Helga, Rowena, and Salazar, were also quite angry-or more like furious- seeing a magical child being abused.

In the wizarding world, children are considered a blessing from lady Magic herself and therefore treasured. More so now that the numbers of magical child being born each year keeps decreasing because of inbreeding.

Because of that, Death took a physical form and took Harry away. Of course the Dursleys didn't go unpunished. Courtesy of Merlin and the founders. They may no longer have a physical form, but that doesn't mean that their magic is also gone. Let's just say the Dursleys never woke to see the sun rise the next day.

After the much needed revenge, the fiver elders and one celestial being took the Harry to one of Salazar's Manor that is hidden and unknown even to his descendant. From then on, death remained in his physical form, which looks like a thirty yr old black haired and onyx eyed man- which according to death is his most drop dead gorgeous form- to take care of the young wizard.

They then taught him everything about the wizarding world and also how to properly wield and control his magic. As the years passed, Harry came to see them as family and even took to calling death dad. Imagine the being's shock when he called him that for the first time. The five elders swore thatDeath had an extra skip to his step the next day. He also called Merlin; grandpa, Godric; uncle Ric, Helga; Aunty Hel, Rowena; aunt Row, and Salazar; uncle Sal.

Now because of these lessons, he's now capable of doing magic(wandless since he hasn't gotten his wand yet) that many grown wizard can't do at the age of 8. Death, Merlin and the founders were quite shocked and amazed at his talent. He exceeded even their greatest expectation.

Having read enough, he closed the book in his hand and made his way outside. He made his way to the garden and sat on a bench situated in front of a flower patch. Taking deep breaths, he smiled at the peace and serenity nature brought him. He always loved nature for some reason and always finds himself surrounded by it whenever he needs to think.

Looking back at the flowers, he noticed something white moving around. Curios he bent down to take a closer look and saw a snake. He was mesmerized. It was a pure white snake with majestic, electrifying blue eyes. The scales that were white as snow would shine whiter whenever it was hit by the sun's rays.

~Beautiful~ He was too amazed that he didn't notice himself switching in another language. The snake lifted its head and looked him in the eye. ~Thankyou speaker~ Now to say he was shocked would be an understatement. ~You can talk?!~

~Of course~

~Wow... If you don't mind, I've read something in a book once. It's called a familiar. If you allow it, will you be mine?~ He asked remembering reading about it and being interested. He was curios about having someone/something be your partner and stand by you no matter what. A friend who will stay loyal to you and you alone no matter what.
